Avoid this company at all costs….Tried charging me $325.50 for a service call for a Friday, four days out. I was able to find a competitor to do it before they could come. They showed up early without contacting me, didn’t do any work, and are located near me. When I asked them to reconsider the charges, as I felt they were unfair, they decided to credit me and not do any further work with me. Communication is key. Never again.
The technician was on time. He was professional and very knowledgeable. He explained what maintenance he performed and provided information and future maintenance services.
Regular maintenance of the air conditioning system
Accurate heating and cooling done a great job helping plan around a basement remodel. They came out and removed our old furnace a week earlier so the basement guys can get there work done. Came back and installed a propane furnace and all new duct work. They done a excellent job installing the new furnace and ductwork. Would definitely recommend them for any furnace repair or replacement. Thank you for a great job done on time at a great price.

The valve on our water furnace had broken and we were forced to turn it off in the middle of a winter storm. As we started calling repair shops we were told that the original valve was on backorder for several months and we would have to use emergency heat while we waited. The folks at Accurate thought out of the box and working with the manufacturer found a substitute part. Their fast, professional actions got our furnace up and running in just a couple of days. We will definitely call them the next time we need help.

I have just had one of the best service call experiences I have ever had. Elizabeth handled scheduling. Jessie was my service technician. I called at 11:45. Elizabeth handled my call expertly.. Jessie called me back at 1:00 and said he was on his way. By 2:00 my air was repaired. Seldom have I had that kind of on time, expert service from any company. Well done!
Today 10/19/2022 I had my gas furnace replaced. I have nothing but praises to give Accurate for their professionalism, as well as the two gentlemen Chris and his co worker they sent to the house to replace the furnace. They were facing a pretty daunting task removing a 28 year old gas furnace that was in a very narrow attic. Having said that, they knocked it out of the park. Not only did they get it done, but went a step above and beyond the call of duty. ( I will not go into details of what they did, because every situation is different and I do not want people expecting what they did for me to happen to them. I believe my situation was just a fluke ) but these two guys, seen the situation and got right on the phone to recommend to Accurate what needed to be done, Accurate Stepped up to the plate, and again went above and beyond the call of duty in addressing the issue. When stated by Chris what they were proposing, I had to step back and really process what was happening, not out of worry or concern, but out of humbling myself that a company would go above and beyond to do this for the general consumer. I really had a humbling moment in their words as well as actions, It gave me, someone who is a bit of a pessimist about companies and their business practices a little bit of hope. Chris and his co worker, were in every sense of the word, professional, easy to talk to, and very down to earth. As someone who struggles with believing in people, more so companies, I would highly recommend Accurate Heating and Cooling for hvac work, Those guys have earned not only my respect, but also, a huge recommendation from me. To Chris and the guy that was out here with him, ( didn't catch your name ) I applaud you two for doing what you did, You two have a bright future ahead of you, and you should be proud of yourselves that you did not compromise nor take short cuts to get the job done.

They fixed a leaking pipe in bathroom. They came rhe same morning I called and fixed it in no time! Very pleased!
Our Technician, Dylan, was a Superstar! Before he started his inspection he told me each he was going to perform. He told he would keep me informed of his progress, and he did. When his work was done he went through what the inspection revealed and what he did to service our furnace. I was so impressed at his kindness, thoughtfulness, and professionalism. Thank you Dylan.
