Zimmer has helped me at both my home and business for the past 4 years. Everyone I have encountered there has been helpful and professional. The techs are wonderful at explaining things in a way that I can understand and are patient with my questions. Mike is especially awesome! After having bad experiences with other companies I really value and appreciate the excellent service I’ve received with Zimmer. Thank you!
Better call Chris. He's been looking after our HVAC for years and always goes the extra mile. Had a few other techs from Zimmer over the years whenever Chris hasn't been available, but hand down, he looks after our system the best.
Highly recommend. We had a 30 year old AC unit break down and within the same week we received a (competitive quote $1500 less than a competitor) and had a new reliable unit installed and functioning. Won’t try to sell you anything you don’t need. Great communication around scheduling. They also removed the drainage pipe going to the hole in the middle of the basement and set it to the basement sink instead so that there’s no pipe running through the middle of the room.
They are a really good company. When you call for an appointment they are very good to meet my schedule. I have had a few questions about our new system, the office staff works to make sure my question is answered. Chris installed our new heatpump system about 5 years ago, and he continues to do the regular maintenance on it. He does a great job. He calls when he is on his way. He does a very thorough job making sure our system stays running properly. He is also just an all around really nice guy

Wow what a terrific job Adam did with the install. I couldn’t be happier, he completely rebuilt my duct work and installed a much more efficient Carrier furnace and added central ac. A little more expensive but worth it for the best. I highly recommend.
Chris Lampe has come to service for years. He has been great. I want him to come all the time.

Zimmer has done OUTSTANDING work for us for years! Chris L is absolutely the best and I completely trust his recommendations. I’m actually writing this review because of something that came up during today’s service. I had a lunch meeting that I needed to get to… I didn’t even hesitate to consider leaving Chris here alone to finish the job! Just told him to lock up when he left! Now, he ended up getting the work finished prior to me leaving, but the point is, not only do I trust the recommendations, but I trust Chis!! Zimmer is the best!

Dan and his crew were wonderful to deal with. On time, answered all our questions and very professional. They installed our new ac/furnace in one day. We ordered the new unit and they were able to install just a few days later. Very seamless from start to finish. Thanks again!
