Working from home I noticed the temp of the house feeling a bit warmer than usual. Fan inside the house was running but realized the outside a/c unit fan was not. Since I moved into the house a number of years ago and have had this issue more than once I contacted Schibi and left a msg explaining the situation. Now being a Monday and in the summer I figured they would have been slammed and wouldn't hear from them until Tuesday. I received a call from them on Monday afternoon and was told someone would be by shortly. Nate arrived, addressed the issue, fixed it and was on his way in a manner of minutes!! Thanks Nate and Schibi for continued great service and great service people!!!
I have used Schibi for a number of years now and they always do an incredible job. Technician Mike did my most recent furnace maintenance and was very timely, professional, helpful and friendly. Schibi always does a great job.
I have a maintenance agreement with Schibi for my AC/Heat Pump and my Oil Furnace. Schibi always has the best techs do my Service. On Friday February 3rd, 2 technicians Dylan & Lamont came to do my Oil. They spent over 1 1/2 hours on my furnace. They were gentleman, they kept everything clean, very nice. Come to find out Dylan went to school with my Granddaughter and his father used to be president of TCYO. Dylan recognized pictures in my basement and struck up a conversation. These 2 represented Schibi to the highest standards and Schibi should be proud.
Can't say enough good things about Schibi. Will absolutely use them again, we also had them give us a quote on a new system. From the receptionist to technician, A1 service.
Impressed that a serviceman was at my door within 2 hours of phone call. Our service tech Nate was very professional, knowledgable and had me up running. We had a very good experience with schibi and prices were reasonable.

Dylan was the technician. He was very thorough, took his time, explained every step to me. Above all, he was extremely kind & courteous. I will request him for anything I need in the future.
Mike was amazing. He fixed a leak in our furnace pipe. This leak has been going on since our last furnace cleaning by Schibi in 2021. Hours later it is still dry! He took the time to explain our gas pressure, Co and our furnace efficiency. I will certainly ask for Mike to service our Condo again. Thanks Mike. Sharon Coombs
I can't find the words to tell you how happy I am with the service I just received from Schibi. Their young technician Dyĺon arrived and pretty much how the whole issue figured out within minutes. I was very impressed with how he handled himself and was about to thoroughly articulate to me what was going on. I was very impressed with his professionalism.
Would like to thank Schibi heating for their professional services. They are top notch on service and repairs. We have hot water heat, which requires a boiler to make it work. They have always cleaned and serviced it. Would like to thank Mike A. For his honesty and great work.
We have been using Schibi for years and could not be more pleased. Mike S. (and his trainee) and Nate were great when they came to do routine service on our unit. On time, respectful, professional, and efficient. Even my dog likes them! Thanks, Schibi, for being such a wonderful company!
I had a big company come out and try to sell us a part that I didn’t need and was told this by Mike at Schibi Cooling! Super great guy, super responsive and honest and thanks again Michele who works in the front office. You guys rock!!
Our A/C was not working, turns out we needed refrigerant and had a minor leak in our system. Our technician was extremely professional, kept us well informed on what he was doing and why, and helped us out in a very timely manner! Will recommend! Our technicians name was Mike S.

Last week our capacitor went out, through recommendation we were told to call after 5 minutes we were set for an appointment and first thing the next morning Micheal came out I gave a brief explanation of the problem and he took care of all our needs!!! I will definitely use them in the future and spread the word!

We’ve been a Schibi customer since 1976, and always pleased with their service. Yesterday we had our Springtime service performed by Lamont. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Lamont is also very personable, courteous and thorough in his explanations. We were very impressed by him! A great ambassador for the Schibi company.
Of course, it couldn't pick a better day for my heat to go out. At 2 pm I noticed it was getting cool in the house. It's supposed to be near zero tonight. So I called Schibi Heating and Cooling who I always use and they had someone here in about an hour. Dylan determined the "Infusion Motor" had seized up. That thing is about half the size of the furnace guts. So he went and got one and now I have heat! It's wonderful what the right service company and a significant amount of cash can take care of!
