Filed home warranty claim. First contractor from some other company was no call no show for 2 appointments in a row. I called home warranty to get a new contractor assigned. Savings HVAC called next day. Scheduled appointment. Technician arrived on time, called before arriving to let me know he will arrive in 20 min. Was here maybe 30, 40 minutes max. Was professional and courteous. Gentleman on the phone scheduling was very informative. Technician was very informative. They prepared me for possible out of pocket costs due to the policy coverage I have. Still WAY less expensive than paying full price. I understood. Technician just left. Next step is Savings HVAC will send home warranty company their inspection report. So far so good! If everything goes as its been, expecting a great ending, I'll follow up when the work is completed. As for now 5 STARS all the way! Thank you.

Unreliable. Untrustworthy. And has terrible customer service. I would give less than one star if I could. My air conditioner was not working and my home warranty company contacted Savings to do the repairs. Savings cancelled the first appointment (very late), just no showed for the second appointment (never did explain why they didn’t come, either),and came after the appointment window the third time (after four on a Friday, when they had the claim assigned first thing on a Monday). When the technician did arrive, he told me we needed a new coil , because the old one was rusted. He could not give me a time frame, and he said he could not call the warranty company to see if it would be approved, as it was too late (after 4 pm). So I called Savings and spoke to the owner. He informed me that the home warranty company could not be contacted until Monday, and estimated the repairs could not be completed until at least Wednesday or Friday of the following week. Now we have worked with this home warranty company for more than two years, and I knew this was not true. I tried to explain that I have breathing problems and would like them to try to reach out. He refused. I pointed out how the delay was on Saving’s end. The owner started yelling at me. He yelled that his company would not come back at all, and that I “could wait 6 weeks for the case to be reassigned” because they “were the fastest company” in the area. Then he hung up on me. So I called my home warranty company (that same evening, because they were still open) and had another company out the very next morning. The technician from the new company charged the air conditioner, cleaned the outside unit, and said there were no leaks. No new coil needed. And done in less than an hour and a half. Turns out this company has a slew of one star reviews on Yelp. One review stated that the owner threatened the reviewer and called her derogatory names. Given my experience, I believe it.

Savings HVAC LLC was a wonderful company to work with! They worked alongside my home warranty company, and I am certain I got such a great deal on my heat pump system through their advocacy and great customer support! They were at my home as soon as I needed them to be due to my furnace’s motor going out. Within one week a new heat pump system (a/c unit, furnace, and duct work) were installed for a very low cost. The owner was in contact with me frequently to update me on the process along the way. I am so pleased with Dave and his crew! I highly recommend reaching out to Savings HVAC LLC if you want a professional, honest, efficient, and affordable job done! Thank you so much, Savings HVAC LLC. I love my new system!

Called to ask about the timeline for service. Dave informed me that they don't service homes in our area. However he diagnosed and walked me through a simple repair that got my system running. He saved me the $100 deductible with my home owner's insurance and got the heat running for my family. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and professional. I was highly impressed. The expertise is evident. Thanks Dave!

My mom's HVAC went out on Christmas Eve and Dave with Savings Heating and Air was kind enough to call us back on a holiday, and walked me through the repair over the phone. The first company that could come out in person was Tuesday, (3 days away) which is obviously not doable. Thank you Dave, for helping on Christmas Eve, and for your time and expertise!

My furnace went out on Christmas Eve, and Dave from SAVINGS Heating and Air Conditioning was amazing. I was trying to find someone who could come out to look at my furnace realizing it was Christmas Eve. I left a message and Dave called back saying that he couldn’t come out until Tuesday, but he could try to help me fix it over the phone. He totally came through and helped me by figuring out what was wrong, and saved me the cost of the service call. I will be calling Dave from SAVINGS Heating and Air Conditioning for any future issues.

Can't say enough good things about this company! Have used them many times, but just recently and on the coldest day of the year, we woke up to learn that our furnace stopped working in the overnight hours. Called and received IMMEDIATE response. Blizzard conditions and subzero temps brought commerce to a standstill, but utilizing FaceTime, owner was able to talk us through a successful repair. Very knowledgeable, professional and generally great people. Thank you very much and Merry Christmas!

I had a contractor come out to my house through my home owner’s warranty because my furnace wasn’t running. He “fixed it” and had the heat turn on but didn’t tell me what he did. It was on for 20 minutes and then shut off. I had to leave the house for a couple days and when I came back, my house was 58 degrees. My warranty told me to contact the contractor again so I did on a Monday morning. His voicemail says he will return calls in 24 hours. I received no call so called back after 24 hours and got voicemail. I left him alone for an entire day and called him back AGAIN FOUR DAYS LATER AND STILL NO RESPONSE. Mind you, the first time I called to initially schedule, he picked up immediately. I had to get reassigned to have someone else come and fix my HVAC. I have a feeling he didn’t want to return back to my house because when he looked at my system he said “well that’s something else, I haven’t seen anything like that” and kept making comments about how odd my system was. If you’re not prepared to work on all types of systems, get out of the business. At least answer my calls/return them within the time frame you say you will.

As they say, what can happen will happen. So, it's Friday evening, 5:45pm., the work day and the work week is over. Next thing I know the furnace isn't working. I put in a call for an immediate response from a contractor, and Jared of Savings HVAC called me right away. He asked me some questions about the furnace, leading him to explain to me what a temporary solution might be. And it worked. We had heat immediately, and was able to get a permanent fix later into the weekend. Thanks Jared. I know exactly whose help we want if we ever have any issues again with our HVAC. This is a company who really cares. -- Robert L.

I see a lot of bad reviews given to Savings HVAC when they should instead be given to the home warranty companies. I had Savings HVAC come out for a home warranty repair and they did a fantastic job.

Scheduled service thru home warranty and it was scheduled incorrectly. Called office to schedule correctly. Spoke to Dave, he asked what the problem was I explained the duct work. Dave proceeded to tell me that my warranty didn't cover it. Instead of scheduling for the next appointment he proceeded to talk over me about my home warranty and hung up on me. I called back from my husband's cell phone to get Dave's name & explain that he just talked to me. He once again began talking over me saying "I don't talk like that' even while I have my home warranty company on the line listening. Dave then hung up again. Dave gets an "F" for customer service.

New mini-split ductless unit installed in January. It never worked properly. They came out twice, checked for leaks and re-charged the refrigerant. It would work a couple of days and then go back to blowing cold air in the heat mode. It was a home warranty job; they identified what they think is the problem but will not provide a report back to the home warranty company to get the needed part. I've asked (twice since their last visit) for someone to come out, was told they'd get back to me and never heard from them. Sent a letter outlining the problem and the timeline; never heard back. Responding to the owner's comments. There was nothing wrong with the unit and it had nothing to do with being a home warranty job or getting something for nothing. I hired another company who identified improper installation of the refrigerant line fittings, which caused refrigerant leakage. The fittings weren't properly flared by Savings HVAC when the unit was installed. Once the fittings were flared, the unit worked beautifully.
