Our A/C froze up with no cool air coming out our vents. Talked to Ryan and he had a tech out to inspect the next day. Josh came out and walked me through what could have caused the freeze up. With talking it over we decided to have the whole HVAC system replaced. They were able to get us on the schedule pretty quickly. The new system was installed in one day and the house never felt better. Want to thank the team at Quality Comfort Home Service. Would highly recommend.
Quality comfort has been amazing for our house and family. New HVAC unit and AC unit in the last year. No issues and the best service possible. All of the service technicians have been great to work with and they don’t try to up-sell anything!
This is my go-to company, especially for my ac/furnace. Josh did a great job doing the service check a couple of weeks ago. Very thorough. He was a delightful person, as has been everyone who has been in my home over 9 years. I've also had some plumbing work done so I could turn off water from my basement to my outside hose spigot to prevent freezing over winter. Had other work done as well. Always great work for a decent price.
This company is absolutely great ! I had a hard time getting someone to promptly take care of a AC issue until I found them, they came out the next day exactly when they said did a really thorough job and explained everything I needed and made suggestions to prevent having problems in the future. I will recommend them to everyone that needs AC , plumbing or other services.

Quality comfort was great. When Ryan, one of the sales team, came to my house to give an estimate, he was very thorough and deliberate with the process. He explained everything very well and answered all of my questions. This was my 4th estimate and their cost came in so much lower than the others and I feel I'm getting higher quality equipment. UPDATE: Here we are after a year with the new equipment, and I couldn't be happier. Not only are my AC and furnace top quality, it's been a huge improvement from the previous equipment. The other thing that I've found is that Quality Comfort is good at letting you know when it's time for AC and furnace check ups and getting it scheduled for you. Every time I've had the check up, the techs have been super professional, knowledgeable and answer any questions you have.
After issues with our old water heater we decided to upgrade to a tankless unit. Couldn’t be more pleased! The process was easy, they were on time, explained what needed done to convert to the new system, and took care of it quickly. They were very professional and kept the area clean!
Ryan was very informative and professional. The service was way more thorough than I expected. He explained the process and potential warning signs for me to be on the lookout for. I felt more knowledgeable after the visit and was confident that my system is in tip top shape.
Needed to have my AC recharged. Also it apparently needed cleaning as there was a blanket of build up. Had just recently bought the house. It was a bit pricy but that is due to the age of the unit. Discussed with the tech that came out on site exactly what we would expect and be delivered. Of course tried to upsell is a little bit that is to be expected with an aged system. Will definitely use them again and potentially use them when it comes time to replace the unit.

Our AC went out in the middle of a heat wave and they managed to get to me same-day. Great people. On top of that their annual service contract is a better value than any of the other shops I could find.
These guys are awesome! I had a mini split installed by them in 2020. This year some birds nested in my siding at the opening for the mini split. I called them for help, expecting to pay extra. Instead they sent someone out for free. The technician came out and discovered that the baby birds inside the wall were too small to fly away and offered to come back again in a few weeks. I was blown away by the offer and grateful I didn't have to choose between a free repair and a wall full of dead birds!
We’ve used Quality Comfort for a few different things around the house and each time they have been great! The biggest project we had was installing a new return on our first floor. The duct work looks great and is now moving much more air than it was, huge improvement! Highly recommend the services they offer.
My AC was not cooling- they were able to come the next day. Cleaned the system which fixed the problem, but also did a complete system check. Saved me some money by charging as a maintenance check which I gladly signed up for to save me future problems and keep my AC and furnace working smoothly They were prompt, sent me a text and picture of technician who was on their way within 30 minutes of their arrival

Came back from vacation to a broken AC. Called on Saturday and they scheduled us for Monday morning. Happy to say that the technician was able to fix the issue the same day and tune-up the AC system. Friendly, professional service. Excellent communication throughout.
Ryan and his team did an outstanding job replacing our water heater. They were professional, clean, timely, responsive, and considerate in navigating the surroundings to get the water heater into our home. They took the time to explain the mechanics of our new unit.
