Always very friendly& respectful. Easy to get ahold of and make booking apt. Very up front on cost and repairs. They don’t waste your time they know how to repair issues and don’t drag there feet to make extra time for extra pay and have another repair guy show up. Would recommend them for any home hvac repair or install. I have had them install a new heat pump system 15 yrs ago and have used them for all repairs since which has only been five times in 15 yrs and was worth the call and price. Don’t hesitate to call them for hvac issues. Over 15ys dealing with them and same good service
Well, I had my furnace repaired and it was repaired quick and right . So that went well. My concern was the cost ,the service call and the repair was $985.00. After investigating the part replaced I can buy on the net for $177.00 plus shipping part# H9UHX080J16A1. So $785.00 for one hour of travel time and repair . How we looking (NOT GOOD ) that will be the last time I call Potts. ( the repair took 15 min.)

Hired an outside company because they couldn't do it. They outside company told me that they had cut the wires to the blower and that's why it was no longer turning on. Recommend steering clear.
Very prompt response time, taught me about my boiler, gave advice, and charged a very fair price for their time. I'll be requesting them again in the future
Met Jason and tried to employ him to help to fix a problem for a customer that our company made mistakes. We asked him to be fully transparent as to what went wrong with our repairs. The customer was told he didn’t want to get involved. We had nothing to hide and would be willing to pay any expenses to make it right. He will not return my calls and when my customer called he was very rude and hung up on him. I have contacted a great hvac company that takes care of the customer and understands that mistakes happen. If there were zero stars this guy would get -5.
Exceptional Quality, Price and Customer Service, 2nd to None!
They said that the service call would be 79.00, but charged me 89.00. They said the part that I needed would cost 975.00 and take a week to get. I had another heating and cooling place come out, it was a 50.00 service call, I didn't need a part. Turns out the part was on the furnace and the motor part on the vent was not even necessary, the guy just change something and my furnace works fine. It goes to show, always get a second opinion so you don't get ripped off. Be careful what Potts tells you. I got ripped of when the furnace was installed also.
We recently had a new furnace installed and looked at several companies and chose Potts and are very happy with our choice. Very helpful, competitive prices and did a great job. Would definitely recommend Potts!
