Good customer service , on time and good quality work performance
When moving into my home, there was no Central air. I contacted KP Heating and Cooling, in which they were able to provide an immediate service call. They arrived on time! Very Professional and wore proper uniform and protective gear. This company was very informational, in regards to cleaning and maintaining both HVAC systems. Their prices are affordable and reasonable. The owner of KP Heating and Cooling, came out to ensure the job was complete and working efficiently. Overall, great services were provided and I would highly recommend.
He had good communication before arriving, wore appropriate ppe while working and was able to quickly get the hvac running great again. He did a great job explaining everything he was working on, which I really appreciated.
Last week, I worked with this company for my heating repairs needs. I received the same day service and a top-notch repair. The price was right, and my unit is running accurately now. I called KP heating and cooling out to look at my furnace. Upon initial troubleshooting he was able to get my furnace running but it was cycling off and coming back on about everything 3-5 minutes. KP heating and cooling immediately told me my high limit switch was bad (without properly testing it) and set out to find me a new switch. When the parts warehouse did not have one available, he advised me he would order the part and in the meantime bypass the high limit switch on my furnace so that it would continue running (without cutting off) and provide me heat. 5-6 hours later, my furnace completely over heated and shut down. My whole house smelled like something was burning, and my furnace was no longer working. At this point I called in several other companies for second opinions on my furnace. Further examination by other HVAC experts let me know that due to the over heating, more damage was done to my furnace than initially. They also advised me that removing a high limit switch is extremely dangerous and without the switch there was nothing in place to prevent my furnace from over heating (causing more damage). I eventually went with another company and replace my whole furnace with a new one. I will never use KP heating and Cooling services again.
By far the worst experiences I have ever had, was very rude on the phone after he completed the work, told a price and then sent a different price all together, jacked up prices of the part
Kenyatta did a fantastic job keeping my furnace alive! He provided quick and professional service! My favorite part was the email receipt that captured a checklist and pictures of what needed work. KP Heating and Cooling is the only HVAC team I trust!
