Recently reached out to get my hot water replaced. They were only company willing to give me a price for what it would cost over the phone. They did not jerk me around and tell me they couldn’t give me one until some came out. We elected to just have our system serviced, and they were able to schedule me out within 24 hours. Would recommend to anyone who asks.
These guys are awesome. They fixed previously failed install and shoody workmanship. The crew was almost invisible and took great care with ever aspect of install. Highly recommend them. They're sales team is awesome. I'll never go somewhere else. They are the pinnacle of professionalism. Thank you, Jonle for a job well done!!!!
Jonlee replaced our central AC unit last July on an emergency basis! As per our contract they came last month and serviced our furnace. They are the epitome of professionalism
Jeff was very informative and personable and helpful in our decision to purchase a unit. Steve did a great job with the install and was quick and efficient.
The workers who installed our furnace arrived on time. They were very courteous, making many trips to the basement since there is no walkout and they completed the job faster than expected. We have had no issues at all! The office staff is friendly, takes care of any calls promptly, and is all around wonderful to deal with.
If showing up on time....or at all...is important - suggest you find another provider. We had multiple visits following new furnace installation and they cancelled AFTER appointment or showed up late - with no advance call or opportunity to reschedule. Called and spoke with Manager (Mark) and same excuses....too busy. To be fair the technicians who ultimately showed up were professional. Hours of waiting time I'll never get back.

My parents just had Jonle install 2 new AC units about a month ago. Since then, they have raved about Dave's professionalism while installing the units. Thankfully my parents had a wonderful experience with both Jeff and Dave at Jonle and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Called on a Monday morning they were here in 30 minutes. I can tell you I have a hot water boiler they fixed street side auto fill valve and a backflow preventer. 2 of the nicest guys, explained in detail very friendly honest open. Office staff was great as well... They even came next morning to readjust something at no charge.. very cool. They are my go to.

The HVAC technician Matt came and was professional and polite. He wore shoe covers which wasn’t necessary but he did anyway. The speed with which he fixed the unit was impressive. Highly recommend
Jonle came out and replaced the capacitor on my air conditioner. At the time, the tech told me he might need to come back and put more freon in the unit but to run it for a few days and just call back if it didn't work right. A few days later it stopped working. Temps were cooler so I opened the windows, turned off the unit, and called back several days later. Then another tech came out and told me that the compressor was bad and I would need a whole new AC unit. When I asked what could cause that, he told me that running the unit low on freon could make it overheat and go out. When I called the company to figure out what was going on and come to a good solution, the manager Mark was defensive, rude, and quick to say what his techs told me was wrong in an attempt to deflect responsibility. He even went so far as to blame me for not calling the failure in quickly enough (the tech told me that as long as I called back within 30 days there wouldn't be an additional charge for coming out again, and frankly I wasn't looking forward to another AC bill). I understand that no one can say for sure why the compressor went out but it seems very coincidental to me. His proposed solution? $300 off a new unit. No thanks, I'll take my business to a company with competent techs and managers who at least pretend to care. I couldn't be more dissatisfied.

Professionalism. This is the one word that best describes JonLe. I had the pleasure of working with Frank. He came out to my house in freezing temperatures to diagnose my heating issues and provide a reasonable price for my furnace replacement. Within three days, he managed to replace my furnace and talk to the insurance company to make sure the job was completed as quickly as possible. He also let us borrow two small heaters while we waited! He brought an all-star line up with him as well. One man in particular, Gerald or Gerod (I'm bad with names) lead the charge and got my furnace installed within four hours. I would consider him the subject matter expert. Reuben brought a very friendly and customer oriented attitude to the group, and Steve showed the promise of an up and coming rock star within the company. As for the furnace; so far so good. The new furnace uses less energy then the old one and still puts out more heat. My wife and puppies are extremely thankful to be able to rest comfortably now. Finally, he is allowing me some extra time to pay based on my current financial situation. I highly recommend JonLe for your next heating and cooling repair or replacement. I know I will stick with them in the future. God Bless!!

Furnace quit working, they were excellent had it working in 10 minute,the technician did an awesome job explaining the problem, Great experience.
We received great, prompt and courteous service from Jonle when replacing our furnace. They didn't use high pressure tactics, pleasantly answered all of our questions. The installers were efficient, clean and professional. Our sales person, Jeff Gray followed through until everything was complete and he knew we were satisfied.
I thought I needed a new thermostat. The man arrived late in the day. I am only approximately 1 mile from Jonle. The man walked in the door, went straight to the thermostat & looked at it. He told me that the "hold" button must be depressed to keep the thermostat from defaulting to previously programmed temps. It took, at best, 5 minutes. I then had to pay $89.00 for 5 minutes in my home. I don't know how the man had the nerve to take the check. I have gone to Jonle for over 25 years. I will NO LONGER do business with a place that rips people off. AND. ALL of my friends & neighbors will know about this experience.
