Great experience with Hudson! They were available same day and completed the service efficiently. The technician was very knowledgeable and educated me on proper maintenance and care for our outdoor unit. Their pricing was fair and straightforward. I would highly recommend them to others!
Wayne has been out to our house twice, and has provided excellent service both times. He came out in a snowstorm once and really went above and beyond for us. He's a really nice guy, very knowledgeable and explanatory, and really great at his job. We'll certainly be calling Hudson for all of our HVAC needs. 10/10 recommend!

I have nothing but good things to say about Hudson H&AC. I work maintenance dispatch for over one hundred rental properties in Cincinnati. We've thrown them a wide variety of issues... boilers, leaking exhaust stacks, AC units, ductworks, fried control boards, bad thermostats, gas valves, etc. These guys have been nothing but top-tier, the best I can ask for! Their rates are more than reasonable, and if they say they'll be somewhere, they're there. I don't have to nag, hag, and constantly check up on them to make sure my tenants are taken care of. That allows me to focus on other issues that need attention, and that peace of mind is priceless. Thank you!
I can’t say enough great things about this company and the owner. I needed to replace my AC outside unit and my furnace. They were prompt and timely. I’m a new homebuyer and Wayne (the owner) always answers my calls and answer any and all questions that I have. I’ve also referred him to a few people and they all having raving reviews.
This was the best customer service we have had in a long time. Our AC went out Thursday night and they were able to come out next day to fix it. They were professional, knowledgeable, and responsive with sending updates before appointment and followed up afterwards to make sure all was working well. They will be our go to HVAC CO!

I’ve had Wayne out to my house twice for different things, and I’m really impressed with his knowledge and a how fast he is. He saved me thousands by being honest and not getting things I didn’t need. That’s why I brought Him back to natal a wireless thermostat and do some duct work on a renovation. Highly recommended. Update: had them also install under the floor heat system in bathroom renovation
On the hottest day of the summer my 83 year old mother's heat pump system could not keep up the temperature in her third floor condo with vaulted ceilings. She was told that it needed to be replaced. She was panicked and dismayed at the news. I contacted Wayne and he checked out the system the very SAME day! He was totally professional and explained things to my mother in person and again to me via text. He told us that while her system was older it was not yet ready to be replaced. Several factors, see first sentence, conspired against it. Huge sigh of relief! His honest opinion about the system was so very refreshing to hear. I highly recommend Wayne for all your HVAC needs.
I would recommend Hudson Heating & Air to anyone who needs prompt and excellent services, and GREAT prices. Wayne answered all my questions, offered advice and installation of my AC unit was done promptly and neatly . Im very happy with my new air conditioner.. so nice having a nice cool home.

This is one of the most professional companies I’ve ever used. I called them on Friday to come look at my AC because it wasn’t keeping my house cool. My AC was 27 years old and I had a feeling it was on its last leg. I am disabled and spend all my time in the house. Finding this out they installed the unit the next day. They are a great company to work with and I wish all companies were like them.
10/10 heater went out during a winter storm and the guy showed up and was very nice and professional and got it going very quickly
