Called Herrmann Services ( no hot water). Scott arrived 1.5 hours after calling. He was very professional, polite, knowledgeable-even with the bad news ( new tank), he was very comforting. Installed, hot water again, and he cleaned up his mess. Sad/ happy. Highly recommend. Melanie and Patty are great, as well. They keep it going. Thank you.
Hermann's has been awesome in the times we have used them. Just recently had a sewer/toilet backup issue in basement. They came out and fixed the problem. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable.
Joey was awesome. He diagnosed and fixed my issue in under an hour.
They are so professional and truly concerned for their customers. Very honest. Highly recommend. Patty who answers the phone is also top notch.
Steve and Ryan did an excellent job in the repair/replacement of our failed drain lines in the kitchen and bathroom through the basement bathroom to the main drain stack of our 60 year old house. They were extremely professional and courteous and they explained everything they were doing. We couldn’t be happier with the quality and service! Steve & Laura

Hello my name is Angela Kennedy-Johnson OMG! I have been an customer for Herrmann Plumbing for some years now and I they have always, I feel, treated me with respect. The latest job was drain pipes and putting in a new wash tub in the basement and a new garbage disposal (I like the garbage disposal - so quiet!) It was Joey and Ryan Thanks Guys! You were great! When first tasked with the same daunting drain blockage from my basement to the street to say I was stressed was an understatement. That's when I called on herrmann service once again to help with the problem. Joey and Ryan showed up and they were wonderful. With the prior information of their companies cleanout and knowledge of the area they knew immediately what we would need to do. He explained why we would need to and what that all entails leaving nothing out. They even quoted prices before starting anything. That's when they called in Bryan and they went to work fast! They setup and were done in less than an hour and a half and everything works as good as new. They were even ni e enough to let me see what they were doing on the camera in the drain and showed me what damage I had inside. They also went over some good next steps and went the extra mile to set me up with a plan for the future! I will definitely be using herrmann for all service needed. They are prompt, professional, and all around a great personable group of employees from the office staff to those out servicing customers. I would really recommend Joey, Ryan and Bryan anytime!
The technicians were very friendly, knowledgeable, and highly professional. They explained thoroughly the problem and how they were going to fix it. They took the time to answer all my questions, and were very courteous. I highly recommend this company.
The drainage problem was determined not to be a sewer backup so much as a backflow from excessive rain. As a caution, I did have my stack repaired. That was all done in a professional timely fashion. I received advice on when and how I would know a real problem to worry about would occur. I have used Herrmann Services before, and I will be happy to continue to use them. I highly recommend them.
On a night when other places were already closed, Herrmann made an after hours visit to unclog our drain.We were a little stuck because we needed it done but many other companies said they couldn't come out until the next day. Scott was at our house in 20 minutes, and 20 minutes later our drain was unclogged and we had water running. Could not be more happy with the support, and service we received. Will be repeat customers.
I have used them on and off for years. Had a few issues in the past. Mark the master electrician is fantastic. He just did our basement and other areas of the house.
Called to fix a gas pipe leak. They were prompt and the work was done satisfactorily. My complaint is the price. One hour of labor, without any material is $300, and the consultation fee is not absorbed into the final price but added onto it. So while the work was good I felt they are overpriced and will look for alternatives next time if the job is not urgent.
We have used Herrmann Services at several of my family's homes. They are prompt, do as they promise and always strive to satisfy. We are very happy w their services.
I am extremely pleased with the work. Joey did a great job with installation, repairs and explaining everything. Would not hesitate to call them again for service.
We were having an issue with our furnace not staying lit so we called Herrmann and another company to take a look and give us an estimate to repair/replace the furnace. First company comes out and tells us the furnace is broke and needs replaced to cost $8000. We called Herrmann for a quote to replace and they were much cheaper. On the install day the technicians were on time, polite and clean. They went so far to double check that the furnace was indeed bad. What they found was that the first company completely fabricated the failure and the only thing needed done was to replace a sensor. The integrity and honesty shown by Herrmann employees gained them a customer for life. They could have easily replaced the furnace and charged me thousands of dollars. Instead their honesty cost them money but certainly I will only uses Herrmann in the future for heating, air, and plumbing needs.
Our heat went out Friday morning, the temperature in our house dropped to below 60 degrees. The first time we called Melanie told us ‘’it’s the weather I’ve been getting calls like this all day’’. Each subsequent time we called we were told that they would send out an ‘’emergency page’’ to the on-call technician. Three days later we never received a single call back. We called again this morning, conveniently the answering service person had a ‘’hard time hearing’’ us despite us calling from different phone lines and my husband was ultimately hung up on. We’ve been paying for their preferred membership for 5 years, why take our money for service you’re not going to provide? We are deeply disappointed in Herrmann Services, you are unreliable and have terrible service. Never again. Do not recommend.

Joey and Ryan were wonderful! They fixed our disposal and gave lots of good information. Joey has tons of experience and recommendations that saved us hundreds of dollars. Highly recommend these guys for any plumbing needs.
