I do all of my HVAC business with HELP. Kevin recently got our AC unit back up and running. Kevin diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced a part in less than an hour! As is always the case, the Tech guys from HELP are courteous and highly skilled and Kevin was certainly no exception to the rule!
Our tech was Caleb. He was awesome, very respectful and explained everything in detail. Will be recommending HELP to others.
When my air-conditioning unit was leaking water the same day my summer service was performed, despite the promises to "be there for you" when I called for HELP in the evening, I had to insist that a technician come back to investigate the problem. It seems the earlier technician did not perform several routine checks and services. Eventually a technician arrived and dealt with the problem. He was considerably more experienced and thorough and solved the problem. I have two units and the earlier technician took half the time completing the task of servicing the units than others have. Now I know why. It's hit or miss depending on which technician is assigned to you.
He was very nice and explained everything he was doing and any issues he found. We had a new unit installed about 3 years ago and turned the air on this past week and it just kept running. I noticed on 7/3/23 that the unit outside the fan wasn’t functioning but the inside unit was running. The guy checked everything and determined that it was a faulty thermostat. We were also scheduled for our yearly check on the unit so he did that as well and canceled our appointment that was already scheduled later this month

I have had them replace my sewer line in the basement, sleeve the sewer pipe out to the road, replace electric service with 200 Amp and replace my furnace. They're not necessarily the cheapest but I have had nothing but top notch professionalism out of these folks. I highly recommend .
Tech was fine i suppose, problem i had u all out for cost me 75 dollars 2 fix myself. You wanted 900 dollars to fix. I understand u have overhead, but your prices are way out of line. Will not use you again nor would i recommend you. Guess some1 has 2 pay for all the commercials you run, but it isn't gonna be me or my family!
Very impressed with the service, from the phone call to the door. Matt was very polite an professional, not pushy when it came time to ket us know a few things that needed to be done. IMPRESSED with the no pressure service as we had two things we could need updated/replaced. They have the parts available in their truck, everything was done at once, no second appt. The Geigers
I just had some maintenance done to my HVAC unit and Seth was very professional super knowledgeable and just a great guy I would recommend his service to anyone that's how great he was I'm glad he was available
I am completely satisfied with the work Help home services "Auburn Browne" did. He was very friendly, polite and respectful. Even cleaned up any mess he made. I will be using their services again.
Rick was great, the whole process was well handled and all aspects of the job were explained. We have never used HELP before, it qas a great experience!
Made us sign up for their monthly service program before they would come out Technician arrived and could not perform service said we had to buy a 20 000 new unit We figured out how to repair on our own. Dcalled to cancel service contract since they refused repairs told we had to pay for a year before canceling. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES.
I’m a first time home owner and absolutely PANICKED when I saw a pool of water dripping from a pipe in the ceiling. The HELP dispatcher called me to let me know our provider would be early (which is excellent-I’m so used to 2 hour windows but end up waiting an extra hour for services like this). Josh was so professional, careful with my home, and spent time educating me and explaining my different options. He really spent his time figuring out the source of the leak, as well as showing me how everything works. Can’t even explain the relief I felt after he fixed the leak by pulling and reinstalling the toilet. Also, my dog was kind of up in Josh’s business while he worked (he’s a curious boy), and Josh didn’t mind him at all. I would also recommend the subscription service through HELP if you’re buying a home for the first time. I wish I had subscribed when we first got our home so we could’ve had everything checked earlier.

This is by far my favorite plumbing company. The dispatch was courteous and managed to get me on the schedule within 24 hours of my call. What really blew me away though was the plumber they sent out. Auburn was fantastic. He was extremely pleasant and professional. He took time to answer my questions and explain the issue at hand in a way I could comprehend. Bonus points for the respect they showed to my home by using plastic covers on their boots when entering the house. Absolutely would recommend, and I'll definitely ask for Auburn next time I need plumbing help.
Rick was a great help. He explained everything that was going on with our situation and we got an estimate for the work that needs to be done that same day. Will definitely call again for plumbing needs in the future.
The visit was scheduled within my needed timeframe. The tech (William R) did a fantastic job explaining the situation to me and made quick work of the problem. He also took extreme care to clean up after the work was completed. Very good experience from start to finish. Thanks, William!
You should let everyone know when they call to set up an appointment that you are way overpriced so that way they can save their $87 just to show up and give you an estimate of over $800 to replace the toilet water shut off valve and the water dispenser inside the toilet tank. Maybe $40 in parts. What a rip off! I will wait for my plumber to get back from vacation.. The technician was nice and friendly and prompt though.
Josh was very helpful and made sure I understood the components of my furnace to know what was working right and what work needs to be done. He was very professional and friendly!
JJ Englebert was very through in diagnosing the HVAC issue and gave clear options and guidance on how best to proceed with the fix. Very professional, patient, thorough, and honest. I would highly recommend!
