Dawson Heating and Air Conditioning installed a new furnace and AC unit about two years ago. We’ve been very happy with the performance of the units. We recently setup a service contract with them. The technician came for the winter service and serviced the furnace. The technician was very professional and took care of the job. The technician explained the work to be done beforehand, performed the work and answered all of my questions. I felt like the technician appreciated my business. Also, our experience with their office staff has been positive. When we have called the office, the person that answered the phone has been very helpful and friendly. Her professionalism left us with a positive feeling. Dawson Heating and Air Conditioning is honest and ethical and that is very important to me. They restored my heat. However, there were and are other problems. I will be getting a new system.
All my appointments were honored and promptly on schedule. At the end of the service, I was briefed on the job that was done and what to expect and what next would or might be done for the system to perform to its optimum capacity. This gives the owner complete satisfaction. The technicians are knowledgeable, and curious in handling their assignments.

Dawson Heating and Air Conditioning replaced my bad water heater. They came right away, on a Saturday. They emailed me an estimate. Work was completed by Monday. The technicians were also timely and professional. They sent a text when the were on the way and when they had arrived. They explained their work and answered all my questions. I was very satisfied with Dawson Heating & Air Conditioning. I will refer them and definitely use them again.
She came identified the problem. A simple fix only a professional would have known. And she fixed it and was done. A great technician.
