Jordan came out on a Saturday, was friendly and efficient. He had our AC up and running again in no time.
I thought I had a problem with my new ac unit. Jordan Clenney was sent to check it out. Not only did he explain that I didn't have any issues, he went outside and cleaned the outside fan! Very professional and extremely pleasant.
Our Service tech Scott called prior to arrival and did an exceptional job making sure our AC is working properly for the summer. Great company to work with. I’m very pleased with Corcoran & Harnist as my service provider.

We have used Corcoran and Harnist for almost 40 yrs. Starting with our 1st house for 15 yrs and our 2nd house for 22yrs. Our furnace and air conditioner are 22yrs old and they have always provided great service and care, making small repairs to keep things running efficiently! Our most recent visit from Jordan was no different. Very joyful person and knowledgeable. We were also last appointment! Thankyou as always for you expertise!

The first warm day of the year, we tried to run our a/c and it wasn’t working, I called Corcoran and Harnist who had sold us the system 4 years ago. I was able to get a next day appointment to address the issue. Jordan Clenney was the service technician who came out and he really tried to work with us to come up with the most cost effective solution. Jordan was professional and very personable. Even though the news for repair wasn’t the greatest it was still great customer service and I would recommend them.

Just recently,1/13/2023, had our heat pump and electric heating system replaced. The only piece that was good was the humidifier. The installers showed up early and never stopped until the job was completed. It took approx 5 hours to do the job. The installers were very friendly and professional. Kudos to your team for pushing through in getting this completed with such lousy weather. Corcoran and Harnist is my go to HVAC company. Great job all around
First person I called was very nice. I called back to confirm details regarding my appointment and was met with a condescending attitude from a guy named Bill. Cancelled appointment.
When they installed the ductless A/C unit it worked okay until it had a high heat or cooling load. It would not perform properly. I told the service person about the issue. I monitored and recorded the times that it cycled on and off. They did not investigate the problem but assumed it was the line set and replaced it. A couple of months later in the cooling season it started cycling under load. I called them and they responded. The first service person could not find the problem. They had to call the service manager who had a special computer to trouble shoot the unit. After they finally found the problem they said that it would be hard to get the parts as this was new equipment. They ordered a complete new unit. Everything is now working as it should.
Have used C&H for at least 30 years. No complaints, ever! Whoever shows up, always professional, courteous and personable.
