I had 4 quotes before I put in a a furnace and two AC units. Two of the quotes were for almost exactly the same amount and similar systems and I decided to go with Cincinnati Heating and Air Conditioning. I thought their quote was a fair price. They were able to come out a few days later. The crew was very professional and did a fantastic job on the install. Since they were short staffed the owner came out to help install. They communicated well and generally I'm impressed. I would always recommend getting a couple of quotes on a big job, but I would recommend Cincinnati Heating & Air as one of the companies to consider.

I had Cincinnati Heating and Air Conditioning come to my house due to our upstairs AC unit not working properly. They determined my unit could not be fixed and quoted 3 options for new AC/Furnace units ranging from $8,500 - $13,500. Due to the price, I told them I would have another company come to quote. Owner called me to tell me that their schedule was booking up and that nobody offered the same quality as they did. The other company I called showed up to my house within 30 minutes and said all I needed was a new capacitor. Net result was I paid $185 to get my AC working again. I don't think I'll be using Cincinnati Heating and Air Conditioning when I do need a new system.

They installed a new HVAC in my home and were very professional/efficient. They men installing the system did a great job and in a timely manner. Elliott, the owner, came out after it was done and inspected all of the work to make sure it was done properly. I highly recommend this company for your hearing/ac needs

I highly recommend this company!! Elliott came out, measured my house and windows and figured out that my old unit was too small for my house. I’ve had four or five companies in the last two years who have all told me everything was the right size and basically I couldn’t expect to have my house in the 70s when I was in the 90’s outside. No one else ever did the math and basically dismissed me. My system was installed within the week in my house has never been this comfortable before!! Installers for very nice and professional. And you could tell that they liked their job and the company they were working for. I even overheard one of the more senior guys talking to someone who just started about how well he liked it and how he loved working for Elliott. After the install, Elliott even came out to inspect the work and to make sure that everything was going well. In my 30+ years of owning homes I have never had anyone do anything even close to that, talk about going above and beyond!!

Cincinnati Heating and Air Conditioning is by far the best HVAC service out there. They are responsive, provide skilled technicians, and respond faster than any HVAC service provider I’ve ever used. Our furnace stopped working and I called and spoke with Regina. Regina was so easy to talk to and took time to listen to my issue. She transferred me to Elliot. Elliot came the same day! His quote was far better than any other quote I received. Fantastic company! Called about our furnace in the morning and 2 hrs later they were here. Cameron did a great job! He was polite and professional. Replaced the blower motor on our old furnace at what I consider a very good price. I was amazed that it could be fixed and he told me that they don't like to oversell or do more work than is necessary. I will definitely use them again. Thanks Cincinnati Heating and air.
Fantastic service. When my AC unit died in the middle of this hot summer they first tried to repair and then replaced it and our aging furnace for less than any other quote I had received. Elliot and his team were professional and helpful, and I am completely satisfied.
Installed wrong fan motor the wrong way on a Carrier air conditioner that caused further service for $375. Corrected by another company. After our complaint they called and gave us a refund check. That shows they stand by there service!! I would use them again for sure.
I’m remodeling my elderly parents home and needed an estimate for a new furnace installation. I scheduled an appointment and they never showed up. We waited for over an hour! I think there wasn’t enough money in it for them and my job wasn’t a priority. So disappointed.
We got diagnostics and quotes on and for replacing our 24-year-old furnace and a/c unit from a few companies and landed on 2 we liked. Cincinnati Heating & Air Condition was one of them. Why did we choose them? 1. No pressure sales 2. Thorough explanation of what was going on and education on systems and sizing (our furnace was as much as double the size it needed to be). 3. Great product offering Both finalists actually scored highly in our book on these items. The tie-breaker? 4. Pricing that was both transparent and reasonable. The gap was not huge between the two, but we ended up getting more with less. This made for an easy final decision. Elliot and his team were great. Everything he says he strives for in working with clients, we agree he and his team ticked all the boxes. And we are pleased with our new system.
They installed a new furnace and AC in December 2020. I had a complicated install requiring a fair amount of new ductwork. This was the only company out of several estimates that took the time to do a load calculation to find out what size furnace and AC I really needed. This company suggested a much smaller system than what other companies were proposing, so much so that I was concerned the system would be undersized. I've been monitoring my energy usage over the last two months and the company's load calculation was spot on (at least for the furnace--haven't been able to test the AC yet). The entire job took four days, and the installation crew was punctual and kept the work area clean. Their price was competitive, offering Trane equipment for about the same as other companies selling lower-tier brands.
Great experience from initial visit to the final installation. Elliot listened attentively to our needs and customized the solution to improve performance. He evaluated flaws in prior installation which was done by a different company and corrected them. Great service and great price!!!
Excellent and quick Service! I am very impressed that they were able to have an Oil Heating HVAC expert to come out and fix my furnace on a very cold day!! They were very nice and were able to answer all of my questions! Great company!
I had central heating and air installed in our new house by Cincinnati Heating and Air Conditioning. They were the only company that would even offer to install central heat/air (others wanted to do ductless systems because of the challenges) and they offered a lower price than the other companies. The install looks great and is working flawlessly. Would definitely recommend.
