Air conditioner problems on a hot day they repaired it the same day I called and at a reasonable price
I've been using American Heating & Cooling for several years now. Their service is affordable and spot on. They make sure you are taken care of. Many of their technicians have been around for years.
Last night, I came home to my furnace being out. American was able to come over today within just a few hours of my call! The person who scheduled my free estimate was so nice and helpful. Greg then called to give me a heads-up and arrived right on-time. He was incredibly patient with my house full of animals! LOL. He found that the issue was actually a failed igniter, had the necessary part in his van, and got my furnace back up and running in less than an hour. Amazing! My experience was communicative, reliable, helpful, and friendly! Couldn’t ask for more. Thank you so much, American!
Furnace wasn’t working so I called closest HVAC company, Charlie showed up within a half hour of my call and made a bad situation into a wonderful experience. He is truly such joy to work with. And my bill was very reasonable. I can not recommend American Heating and Air enough. Thank you!!!!
I contacted American Heating & Air this morning after finding my AC inoperable. Their office manager, Ginny, who answered the phone, was extremely professional and upbeat and scheduled a Tech to the home within an hour of my call. The technician, Jim, conducted a quick inspection of my equipment and make the repairs within 30 minutes of his arrival. He was polite and quite knowledgeable--clearly an employee who takes pride in his work. As a small business owner myself, I can tell you that employees such as Ginny and Jim represent their company in the very best light and American is lucky to have them! My highest recommendation for American Heating & Air!
They came out next day after I called in the middle of a heatwave. Had the necessary parts on the truck, and had me up and running in an hour. Fixed a couple other things too. I couldn't be more pleased.
While American didn’t install our current system - they have been wonderful working with us (we are new customers). From Ginny at the front desk, to Jeff (our technician)… they have been nothing but a dream to work with. We are really happy to have switched to their services (at the recommendation of a good friend/neighbor). They are responsive and will do their absolute best to get to you as soon as possible, which we really have appreciated during these high temp days. Highly recommend!!!
Kevin was my technician and he was amazing. Very nice and professional. He explained everything clearly and worked efficiently. It was raining most of the time he was here but he kept on working through it all. I would recommend American Heating to anyone!

Technician was very friendly and professional. We had a horrible leak coming from inside our AC and they sent someone the same day before a heat wave was due. The work was done right and at a very reasonable price. I absolutely recommend American Heating and Air!
This team truly cares about their clients. They are honest and do deliver a professional and timely service. At a time when our original HVAC service provider was trying to unnecessarily sell us on a new heating unit, this team came in and identified a simple fix for our unit. They also asked for a fair price and got it done on time. I highly recommend them.

Those gentlemen did a great job. This company is the best company for heating and cooling I have ever had. They were able to answer all of my questions, and as I done my research on their answers, they were all correct. My furnace is 14 years old. After they repaired it,it runs like a new furnace. It's so quiet now I cannot hear it cycle on and off. Thank you for your services.

Friend told she needed new furnace so called American and they came right out and replaced an inexpensive part. No problems since. I was told me heat exchanger was cracked, leaking carbom monoxide. I called American and they confirmed the furnace did not leak carbon monoxide or have a cracked heat exchange. Ordered a part and furnace is great. So friendly and fast. I will never call anyone else.
The heat was not working in my rental property and within 24 hours of calling to make an appointment, Charlie was at my house making all necessary repairs. He called me shortly after the work was done to go over all the details and was very professional. Would absolutely recommend for a responsive, great valued /quality company!
