I am going to give Advanced services one more star because they did finally get my system repaired. I was not happy at first because of the lack of communications about my order. I was without without cooling for five days, and received no communications, except for few vague responses to my calls or emails. Jennifer called Thursday evening to let me know they received the part and made arrangements to install it Friday morning. Jarrad and Noah showed up about and hour and a half after I was told they would arrive, but got right to work and got me some cool air early this afternoon. Jarrad convinced me to sign up for the Advanced Care Membership, which I was a little reluctant to do; however, I feel Jarrad and Noah did a great job installing my heat pump coil, and Jarrad informed me that Advanced Services would perform maintenance on my system twice a year (which involves needed cleaning and filter change along with one extra filter for future use). Overall, I am more than satisfied with outcome of the service from Advanced Services today and look forward to working with them in the future if everything continues to go well.
Jerad was my tech he was wonderful and very friendly and knowledgeable. Found the problem very fast and fixed it promptly.
Excellent customer service by technicians cleaning duct work and also installation of new unit. I would highly recommend Advanced Services.

We needed our gas pipe moved for our stove. Tate Phillips and his associate came to the house and were able to figure out what they needed to do to fix our problem. They were very professional and didn’t need any additional parts to do the work. We would recommend them any time

Terrible people ! Made fun of someone with a stomach disease. Definitely do not recommend them as they are very unprofessional and they have even had to fire people for looking into women's windows on a residential site !

Advanced Services maintenance visits are very dependable and very thorough. I count on the professionalism of people like Dan and his associates to keep things running without issue.
We spent $16,000 on a new state-of-the-art HVAC system less than 3 years ago. Shortly after installation my electric bills tripled. We were told that they "would look into it". They are still looking. The compressor blew in September. Fortunately it was covered under warranty. Unfortunately, the labor wasn't. The quote in September was for $1,350 for 8 hours of work. When the work was done in March the bill was $2,410.01!! To spend over $18K to get a unit that triples your monthly electric bill.....not good. Run, don't walk to the competition. I could go on and on, but I'll save that for a later review.
Chris and Alex were fantastic. Super professional, explained everything they were doing, and they were very considerate about our cats—making sure they didn’t get outside or get hurt. Thanks, guys!
Appreciated Daniel Keeton’s help with cleaning the blower and coils. He was respectful and showed me the before and after photos of what he did. Nice job Dave Pinkerton on this hire.

We have an older system that must be switched over Spring and Fall from heat to AC and the opposite. Advanced is always prompt in meeting our needs for that and any repairs we need throughout the year.
Technician Dan K. was considerate of our home putting on shoe coverings before entering the home. Explained procedures performed & shared pictures of coils, etc. Shared information on maintenance options for the heating/cooling system.
