As always they called before arriving and then arrived on time. Efficiently checked out our furnace and changed the filter. Very happy with the yearly service. Service technicians are always very nice.
Andrew installed my mini split, did a fantastic job and Mike installed a water filter on my well after finding out the previous owner had the incorrect filter for my system. Truly professional in there fields, and they have 100% satisfaction guarantee, you win, no matter what. 11/10

Nick from Debord's came out on a Saturday January14th 2023. Charged me $251.00 just to tell me he needed to order a gas valve for my furnace and can't do anything that day. So my young child and myself went all weekend with no heat in the middle of winter. He Called me on Monday January 16th 2023 told me the part would cost $721. I called someone else to come out that same day and he had my furnace fixed within the hour for $125 and the gas valve was not the problem. It was a simple fix. I feel used and taken advantage of by this technician. I WILL NEVER AGAIN CALL THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING.
Almost blew my house up sending inexperienced young boys out for simple repairs ignighter wire is all it needed they left gas on after cutting open pilot tube letting gas fill up basement

Told me on 2 occasions I have a cracked heat exchanger, and said I need a new furnace $$$$$. Had to use space heaters for 2 years. Called another HVAC person fixed my oil furnace in 20 minutes, avoid at all costs.
My original furnace that lasted 23 years finally got to the point where I had to replace it. After working with Apollo, they provided me with a comfort level of knowing they TRULY stand behind their work. They were professional, informative, and have the best supporting post service in the market. If anything ever goes wrong, they will be there to support me, and assist me with maintenance.

My wife woke up February 9th to a 58 degree house and the furnace blowing cold air, I’m at work so I call DeBords Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and One hour Heating and Air Conditioning located at 12043 Mayfield Road Chardon Ohio to have them take a look at it. The technician came out right around an hour after I called the dispatch desk. He was in my basement approximately 45 minutes. Called me at work and said that the main circuit board was bad and it will cost 1300 dollars plus 90 to install it. He then stated that it may be better to have one of their other guys come out and quote a new install because my system was 15-20 years old and on its last leg. I told him to go ahead and have the other guy come out and quote a new replacement. The gentleman came out said he confirmed the board was bad and the reason the board went bad is because I have a 75K heater with too small of exhaust and intake pipes as well as an air handler/filter that was too small. He told my wife that the reason the control board was so expensive is because of variable speed motors for the fan, but they could fix all our problems for around 1800 dollar’s or install a new furnace for around 4000. To say the least my Spidey senses were blaring in my head. I called another local HVAC contractor for a second opinion. He was also in my basement about 45 minutes diagnosed the problem as clogged evaporation drain tubes that prevent gas flowing to my burners. He cleaned the drain tubes out and did a total check of the system. I talked to him on the phone and he said that my system is a 60K, its only eight years old, the air handler/filter and piping were within the manufacturer’s specifications, the control board was working perfectly cycling the heat as it should and I have a single speed normal HVAC motor. He charged me around 160 dollars and won my loyalty and business for the rest of my life. By the way he was in the basement while the guy giving the price quote for a new furnace was
We have been with Debord's for over 20 years, which includes replacing a couple furnaces and air conditioners, as well as the occasional worn-out hot water heater, septic pump station pump, etc. Even had them install a home generator when they still were doing this. Have yet to meet a service person who isn't good at what he does, and the staff is always pleasant on phone exchanges and making appointments.
The have replaced our AC unit, and installed a gas boiler for us. They are always professional and efficient.

Finally got someone to come out after they rescheduled for a week later. Guy finally shows up, late, looks the job over and tells me he will get me a quote in 2 days. After waiting 3, I called, then called 3 more times through the course of the week. Never heard from them again, never got quote, had to find someone else. Sad thing is we were right up the road from their office. Never use or recommend this company.

Debord's has always impressed me with their timeliness as well as their professionalism. Having a major part of your home serviced (furnace/AC) is nerveracking and stressful because you want to make sure the job is done right and you aren't being ripped off - the perks of being a homeowner. But from the first time Debord's was at our house, those worries subsided and we continue to rely on their service to keep our unit running and our house comfortable! We will never go anywhere else but Debord's!
