Would not recommend them to anyone! They took months to get out to my buddies house, cut a huge hole in his hardwood floors and refuse to fix it. Rude on the phone and there’s a list of other items that they won’t come back to fix as well. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!
We were charged at build for part that was never left with us or installed. Had issue with tankless water heater and tech said the valve should have been I stalled at build. Well, we were charged for it, but it was never installed. Then when they installed it for repair, we were charged again and they would not make it right. Lost a customer forever!
Fantastic company employees. Nick and Justin were great. They installed an ice maker, had to crawl into a crawl space, installed the line. Cleaned up their mess and even mopped the floor. As a bonus, they installed a valve on my shower line so I can regulate the pressure. Best service ever

We've dealt with Lake Contracting for a long time. Recently we needed a new toilet which was an ice gray. They worked with us on trying to find ice gray. Due to COVID19 the company that makes the toilet wouldn't be making any until March or April. Once I decided to go with white they even came out on Christmas Eve morning and did the install. We are very happy with the choice they helped us make and their service. Thank you Lake Contracting right down to the girls in the office. We will continue coming to Lake Contracting.

Their 24 hour line is useless. Both extensions would not answerm I finally got ahold of one of the guys and he basically told me he is not going to fix it tonight, he will wait until tomorrow. Lake contracting should not advertise 24 he service if they are not willing to do 24 he service.
I was delighted when they came out within an hour to fix my a/c. However they were not able to fix it that day and after 5 WEEKS of calling and waiting for them to come back I called someone else. Very poor management!

Same experience as the one star rating when it comes to service calls. Beware, you may get quoted an hourly rate, but its been our experience two technicians are sent so its double.....also experienced bullying, in my opinion, when I called to dispute charges. Was told if I didn't pay bill she would send me another for even more. As far as a new install, that was no problem, good job.
I can not say enough good things about this company. I called them to get a quote for a replacement furnace and air conditioner. I called 5 local companies, and Lake contracting came in at the lowest bid. Typically this would scare me, but I had heard good things about them from friends. They also checked on rebates for us and got us the best deal with the rebates from our gas company. We were able to get an efficient unit relatively cheap. I also talked with one of the owners about replacing the thermostat with an Ecobee3 (wi-fi enabled thermostat) because my gas company also had a rebate on those as well. He said the techs had never done this before, but they were willing to learn. Sure enough, installation went smoothly, furnace, A/C, and thermostat are working great, and best of all the final bill was slightly below estimate. I would recommend Lake Contracting to anyone. I will definitely be using them in the future.
