My air conditioner stoped working in the middle of the hottest month of summer, as they usually do. Charlie was fast, responsive, and affordable. They were more affordable by a mile and installed a full HVAC in less than a day. I can't recommend ARP enough.
Andy is always willing to talk through what my needs are; everyone at ARP is friendly and professional; they always follow up on installation and service calls... highly recommend

Andy was very helpful and gave me solutions for my problems. He explains everything and even came out on a Sunday for an emergency when the company that installed my generator would not. I would definitely use them in the future and for any generator or electrical needs.

We got our new Lenox 98% efficiency furnace and thermostat from ADL Heating eight weeks ago. We’ve been cozy ever since, even in the most frigid weather, with perfect humidity and none of the cold spots in our house we previously experienced. The ADL furnace installation was efficient and quick. (A visitor wanted to stand and admire the orderly installation.) Everything on the installation is squared up nicely to the eye. The copper tubes and polyethylene tubing are fastened neatly and snugly. Needless to say, we are very pleased and have been especially well served by ADL Heating.
Furnace broke during blizzard of a generation and they went above and beyond to make sure my family stayed warm and on Christmas Eve no less. Highly recommend Andy and his employees. Amy was very helpful too in getting someone out to me. I can’t say enough for how appreciative I am!
Heroes drive white vans and go by Andy. We woke up on 30 degree Thanksgiving morning to no heat. My wife was 8 months pregnant, our 3 year old wasn't happy, and we had a turkey to bake. Being new home owners, we hesitantly called the number on our furnace at 7am. To our surprise, someone answered and by 8am Andy, the ARP owner, was in our basement fixing our furnace. He entertained our toddler with step-by-step instructions throughout the repair. Look no further than ARP for all your heating and cooling needs...we know we won't.
I have been using them for years now. Service technicians are top notch, clean up after service well and are on time. This time my aged furnace died, and they were able to install a new heater and a/c the next day. I couldn't be happier. Front office has always been helpful and cheerful on the phone.
Our 22 year old system was on the way out. ARP's installers were very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and clean (put down rugs and even wore work slippers in the house.) Job was done in no time and they cleaned up so well other than knowing the equipment was new, you'd would have never thought a thing was done. The price paid was very reasonable for the value of the products and service received . We Highly recommend ARP.
I moved into a house and saw from the maintenance records that ARP had been maintaining the HVAC and gas powered generator on the property so I called them in for routine service. Tony, the technician is friendly, knowledgable and efficient. Top notch. I needed a new water heater and it was a difficult job because of how my basement is configured. Andy, the owner, came over to assess the job, figured out a solution and came out with his crew on a Saturday to do the installation. Once again, top notch. It is easy to recommend their services.
We have been using ARP Heating & Air Conditioning for 12 years for our annual furnace and A/C maintenance and have been very happy with their services. The previous owner used ARP and we trusted his judgment. We knew that ARP installed the furnace and prior hot water tank so they were familiar with our HVAC systems. We discovered that our hot water tank was leaking, so I called on a Friday and Andy, the owner, came the next day, Saturday, to assess the situation. The tank was 24 years old and showed signs of rust from where it was leaking, so we knew it was time to replace it. Andy provided us a with a quote the following Monday. Being that it was only a small leak which I was able to contain with a drip pan underneath and that we still had hot water, it wasn't imminent that we replace the tank immediately. Andy ordered the tank on the following Monday and called two days later that they a cancellation so were able to install a new 50 gal. tank that Wednesday morning. His two techs did a great job. They paid attention to detail and were polite, conscientious and careful. They answered my questions and showed me how to light the pilot light. They cleaned up after themselves, leaving no trace of being there, other than a new hot water tank. Thank you Andy for your prompt attention to diagnosing and getting us a quality hot water tank installed in a timely manner. Your professionalism and responsiveness are greatly appreciated.
ARP is an outstanding HVAC company! The technician on my last call (Tony G, aka T3) has been out to my home before to complete the yearly service work on my furnace and air conditioner. Tony is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The owner of ARP (Andy) runs a tight ship, and I could not ask for a better HVAC company. I highly recommend ARP due to their technicians and great office staff!
I have used ARP for 20+ years, installed 2 furnaces, 2 ACs, and 1 water heater. Highly recommended, and i will keep using them.

ARP did an excellent job installing a new furnace and air conditioner. Our furnace had suddenly become inoperable, and ARP began installing the new equipment the next day. The installers were efficient and very professional. They took the time to explain the new systems and how to obtain the best results for heating and cooling. They also were careful to cover our wood floor and carpeting during the installation. We would recommend ARP highly and without hesitation.

We own a Generac backup generator. In Sept 2021 they came to our home in Medina. The Generac wouldn't automatically come on and my husband tried the manual start and it wouldn't turn over. Called ARP. They came out and repaired it. I knew it was working then because I could hear the automatic test once a week. The latest ice storm here in York Twp cut power and again the Generac wouldn't come on automatically or manually. Called ARP and made appointment. Buddy came out. Very nice man but he said our unit was older than he had ever worked on and wasn't comfortable with it. Made appointment with Andy to come out today 3/3/22. My husband saw him sitting in the truck so went outside. Andy said Can't I drive up to it? No. Then when he saw the unit he said it was old and he didn't want to work on it. My husband said he had a terrible attitude. Of course we don't want ARP back. Andy is the owner and since they were out last Sept they knew the age. Generac wasn't happy either. They want professional people to service Generac. They referred me to Blind & Sons in Barberton. They fixed a warranty.issue I had with a furnace in the commercial building I built. They were very good. Have appointment with them tomorrow. I can not recommend ARP at all for Generac service.
The guys were polite & professional. I had a new furnace & hot water tank installed, it was listed as a 1 1/2 day job, they had us up & running by dinner time the same day. I would highly recommend this company!
