There were some issues with the installation (bad part from the manufacturer and a very hot holiday weekend waiting for the new part) that darkly influenced my initial review, but the company has done about everything they could to fix it and make it right. There was a nice discount for paying cash, and they were able to install it within a week of giving the estimate that actually matched the final price. The new system works great and the electric bill that came with it was similarly refreshing. A month after the install, they came out to audit the system for free, and made sure everything was battened down and good to go. Overall, I am very happy with the service and the unit. I would definitely recommend the company.
We really appreciated the timeliness, professionalism & honest diagnosis of our AC unit. Definitely will be our go-to HVAC company for any future needs.

Every single step of the process to get a new HVAC system through Logan was fast and easy! Every person I dealt with was friendly, professional, and made sure I understood my options, what I was getting, and how to use it. 10/10 would highly recommend!!!
Ryan, Ben and Kalil were great installers and our house feels amazingly different just 30 minutes after completion. Matt was wonderful at explaining all our options on Friday afternoon, we took advantage of the special financing, and 25 hours later everything cleaned up and our system is running like a charm. Great experience working with Logan A/C from working with Matt and going through the quoting process to having Michael/Zack/Asher performing the install. Answered all my questions and concerns I had with my system as well as provided recommendations. Michael and his team advising their process during the install and let me know if they encountered any challenges. Overall recommend Logan and the services they provide
My install team, Clay and Griffin, were great. Everything went well, they were polite and professional, the equipment is impressive, and their financing and warranty offers seem great. Updating my review: less than a year later, my impressive equipment stopped working. A technician came and inspected it, and I was told that a "switch" needed to be replaced. The part was ordered, and an appointment was made to install it. Then, the day before, I was called and told that my appointment was cancelled because the part did not come in. I was told that I would be contacted when it did come in to schedule the repair. Fast forward more than a month later, the part is still back ordered with no estimate for delivery. They brought over two window units, one which looked quite old, and I'm supposed to just use these until who knows when. I know there are supply chain issues, but the fact that I'm now paying hundreds per month for a broken heat pump, which is what I had before, plus a couple of used window units, is incredibly disappointing.
On time very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. And got the job done in one day. Jared , Tyler and Wade were super nice guys to deal with.
Best HVAC experience we’ve ever had. Professional team. Arrived on time, explained the process, went over the new system with us after they were done. Left the area clean. And our upstairs bedrooms have never been cooler. Looks like we made the right decision going with Trane and Logan
Technician, Jeff Luce called 20 mins before arrival and was polite and professional from the get-go. He was very thorough throughout my service. I his work the whole time and he was happy to answer every single question I had. He was at my home about an hour and a half, and he never once made me feel like he was watching the clock. I honestly think he would happily have stayed longer if I'd had more questions. He was smart, efficient, prepared, knowledgeable in his field, friendly, conversational and a real pleasure to have at my home. He was the all-around best service technician I've ever had. Was glad that when he was finished, that he told me I could contact him in the Fall for my furnace tune-up. Very impressed. Would highly recommend Logan if all of their technicians even come close in expertise to Jeff. I also want to add that Christine (sp?) in Customer Service was outstanding and also a delight! My installers were fantastic, so kind, respectful and on time. However, I’m disappointed in the sales associate, Zane. After deciding to go with Logan, I asked to apply for financing. I was confused when I got rejected after having just reviewed my credit history. The sales associate talked me out of submitting a 2nd application and told me I wouldn’t be able to reach out to Wells Fargo until I received a letter in the mail, which could take weeks. Unfortunately I had to purchase the unit and find other means to pay for it. Just 2-3 weeks later I received the letter where I found the sales associate put his first name on my application, which was the reason for rejection. I called my sales associate asking if I could now refinance or find another solution since this was his error that put me in a difficult financial situation and was told he would look into it, but also said this has happened before. It’s been 6 months, I never heard back from my request. I was trying to give the benefit of the doubt before writing the review, but I believe 6 months is adequate time.
Andy Mitchell is a fine technician and I appreciate the quality approach he took towards completing the tune-up. He exhibited his technical expertise as he explained in detail the tune-up process as he completed the task. He's a great representative for your company at time when is difficult to find quality employees.
The technician (Andy) came out for the semi-annual maintenance visit for the A/C on our 3-year-old system. The system was working perfectly, and Andy was very friendly and helpful.
We unexpectedly had our air conditioner go out, and our furnace and air were 20 years old, so it was time to replace. Jeff came out and was a fantastic representative. He told us exactly what was going on, what our options were, and took his time answering all the questions we had. They were able to come out the next day to install everything- not something I expected in the summer. Christian, Robert, and Josh did a fantastic job with the install. They were extremely courteous, efficient and professional. They walked us through the entire process before starting. I work from home and didn’t feel any kind of disruption while they were working in the house. They also took the time to make sure that we understood how to use everything. This is a huge expense, but I feel extremely good about the decision we made and going with Logan. I would absolutely recommend them.
Very smooth process. Happy on all fronts. From sales to install. They were professional, clean, timely and friendly. I hope this AC Unit lasts a long time. But when that day comes, we will be contacting Logan Services again.
