My AC unit stopped working, called a few different places. Huge were the ones that could get here the quickest. Neil called when he was on his way. When he arrived he was very professional, knowledgeable, and quick to diagnose my issue. He was able to correct the issue and have my AC running within about 45 minutes. I couldn't have had a better experience with a company. They have a earned a new customer with me!
. Had furnace, air conditioning and water heater installed. The entire Huge experience was great, from John who did the first inspection and estimate to the installation by Steve and Joe. Fair price and great work , these guys are artists! Would highly recommend Huge to anyone. Mark Best
I have been using huge heating at home and at my job for some time now and everytime the work is done professionally and efficiently very knowledgeable HVAC technicians and always worth the money. I highly recommend their services for any commercial or residential repair or installation.
Our furnace was not working. I called at 9 o'clock in the morning and they were here by 12:30. Dave is a super repairman, he knows what he is doing and answered my many questions. That's why I call for all my heating and cooling problems. Thanks for being there Huge and Dave.
They completely replaced our furnace at the house and left us all cold. After my parents tried to call to get it fixed, the manager Dave told them they don’t have enough employees to fix it. Now we are left with no heat and my mother just got out of surgery. Just a bunch of loveless people. Hopefully the Owner Jesse Warren calls soon to fix all this for us. They completely ignore all my moms calls bc everything stopped working. To make matters worse Dave’s excuse was that there are many people out there cold and that we should just deal with it.
This place really did a job on our home. They replaced our furnace and nothing is working. The heat won’t work long and they installed a bad thermostat to boot. The Manger Dave told us that he don’t have the man power to fix what they broke and that we have to wait until the holidays is over. He told us that we should hire someone else to fix it and that they will try and reimburse us. He hung up on us bc he didn’t want to talk anymore. In addition to all this we have holes in our home bc drilled in the wrong area and left without telling us. We tried to contact the owner but this Service manager told us he out In Florida on vacation.
Terrible company,my mother's heat went out the night before Christmas and when she called them to have them come out and look at it they said it was not there problem.she was even going to pay for the service fre... Tells you how they "care" about you...they only care about you're money, I recommend going somewhere else, don't use this company
This job has been a disaster since day one, but then when their unit failed and I called in Christmas Eve and explained to Vince the situation he got extremely nasty and told me he wouldn't deal with my problem "no heat" from their 6 month old unit and he was telling me to go somewhere else he was busy and he's moving on and hung up on me. LET ME START BY SAYING WHAT FINE PROFESSIONALS YOU HAVE and when asked how much the service call per hour out of my pocket would be, he still wouldn't come out to PUT HEAT IN MY HOME WITH CHILDREN!!! Just because the company that contacted you to do this job did something to your company, I have a warranty and your refusing to honor your own warranty. And in Ohio that stands you did the work. Thank you.
Had my furnace and water heater installed with HUGE heating and they did an amazing job thanks for their quick work and great service!

They keep you informed every step of the way, with pricing up front & the final bill reflects the estimate. It's easy to get an quickly, & there is a 24 hour answering service should you need it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for all of your heating & cooling needs.
Huge SCAM! Never showed up or called back. Sold my phone number to a bunch of we-buy-homes scammers. Call someone else. In response to your response: I was a customer a few years ago, and wanted to be again. When I called for emergency service (6/12/22), you failed to show up or call back. The next day the scam calls began. Draw your own conclusions.
Our furnace was making a watery noise when it was running. Alex came out on time listened to the furnace and fix the clog in a tube. He then did a quick inspection of the main system to insure it was running properly. We were so grateful that we didn’t need to replace it as it would have cost a few thousand.
Alex Lacey was punctual, professional, and honest up front about what needed to be done. He saved us thousands of expected repair costs by taking the time in the heat and sun to make the minor repairs that would save us from replacing entire unit. This is my HVAC place from now on, and Alex is my guy to call.

My AC went out late last night and I called in the next morning and they were able to fit me in on a hot Sunday afternoon and my service technician Alex showed up on time , diagnosed it and had my AC blowing cold in no time. I had an awesome experience with Huge heating and cooling and will definitely recommend them to anyone. Once again Alex did an amazing job and was very professional. Thank you for saving the day.
