Got a new install done by them they did great work, hardworking , Knowledgeable, affordable.
We had issues with our furnace today and they were very quick about servicing it and also educated my husband on how it operated!
I really can't stress enough how happy I was to have called Thompson Hovan to service my furnace. I called them at 1:00 in the afternoon, they committed to being there to work on it between 5:00-6:00 PM. Same day service in spite of them being swamped with calls. The guys who showed up were friendly, professional, and were happy to explain what they were doing and why. I fully expected to have to pay extra for them coming the same day, but the bill was very reasonable and didn't seem to have any additional charge for showing up within 5 hours of the original call. I wish every company was as easy to work with.
