Always on-time service. The tehnician was reliable, friendly and knowledgeable. Our AC is relatively old, and he explained the use of freon-22.

Been using them for years. Tankless stopped working on Saturday of Memorial day weekend. Twin teens daughters, 1 wife, two dogs and no hot water. It was pretty close to Armageddon. Eric got the call came in and we had hot water in about 20 minutes, Thanks Eric, You are a star.

Mikhail did a great job with our A/C tuneup. He even offered to come back to clean the outside coil because the water was shut off but luckily I was able to get it turned on so he could clean it.

I cannot thank CJ and Jonny enough for their amazing service today. I woke up this morning to my water heater no longer working, and they arrived within 30 mins of calling for service. They quickly determined the issue, advised me of all my options, and proceeded to resolve the issue with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. I cannot recommend them enough! Blown away by their expertise, their friendliness and how quick they resolved my issue. No cold shower tonight! So i woke up, was very cold in house. Checked thermostat, replaced batteries and still couldn't get furnace to kick on. Called, they had someoone out within 20 minutes. The repairman checked thermostat, I advised him I replaced batteries. The issue was the connection for the battery needed lifted to make contact. THAT'S IT, LOL. We had CO checked as precaution since furnace is more than 20 yrs old. I understand they have to charge for someone to come out but I don't think it was worth $110, but I get it. Was a costly repair seeing nothing needed repaired but we have heat and are awaiting an estimate for a new furnace and A/C. Would highly recommend, repairman was friendly, put on shoe covers, and gave suggestions (CO check), changing filters monthly, motor was squeaking and he advised the bearing was prob getting ready to go. That's why the estimate.

Excellent experience. Nick called ahead and told me when he would be arriving. He was very personable, knowledgeable and gave me some great recommendations for keeping my HVAC system in good working order. I appreciated the detailed notes he left me plus he documented all of the measurements he took. No one else has ever done that. It was easy to schedule an appointment to fit my schedule. Very satisfied with the service. I will definitely use Smylie One again.
