Mark, was excellent. He explained everything he checked and why. Also informed me of other services that Blind and Sons offer if ever I needed it. I will definitely reach out again if I have other issues.
Michael, Was polite and helpful. He explained everything that was going on with the air conditioner unit; he also gave several options as far as service went and explained each of those. He’s very patient and wants to make sure that you understand what is going on with your appliance.
Buyer beware. I purchase a new Trane Furnace and A/C from Blind and Son Heating and Cooling, in 2013. They have serviced my units off and on over the past 10 years and 3 months since. Last Fall 2022 a technician came out to service the furnace. At the time all that was suggested for maintenance was a cleaning of the fan wheel (a little carbon build up) and a rusted water solenoids valve. I choose to defer and was going to have it fixed this Fall with my new service agreement for 2023-2024. On 7-2023 the Blind and Son technician came out to service the A/C unit for the summer. He looked through the A/C and my Furnace although I only called for the A/C to be serviced. After finishing he hands me an estimated repair bill for almost $7,900. He took pictures and claimed my heat exchanger was cracked, further he recommended my compressor be replaced, etc. When I questioned him about the estimated repair, he said my warranty was out of date thru Bind and Son and my limited lifetime warranty thru Trane was voided because I had stopped my service agreement with them during the 10-year time period. Leading me to believe that the best choice was to buy a new Furnace and A/C unit rather than keep repairing a 10-year-old unit. Not feeling right about it, I called a second heating and cooling company whose technicians are also certified, trained in repair and installation of Trane furnaces and a/c systems. I showed them the pictures that had been taken by Blind and Son and they said the pictures looked like normal wear, rust and condition for the age of the units. They also said that the picture of the so-called cracked heat exchanger they believe was not a picture of a heat exchanger at all. Further through their testing they found no issues with the furnace or A/C other than a contactor which I had them replace. Their total bill for service and the fixed part was $263. As my suspicions multiplied, I called the service manager for Blind and Son to question him about the situa
Plumber was for very informative and friendly. He worked quickly and then took the time to explain everything, which helped us greatly.

Nice guy that knew his stuff. Blind and sons is a company that has been around forever and is very reputable.
I was able to set up an appointment to get a quote for electrical panels upgrade with them by just one call. They’re very responsive and be able to come out the next day (while some company didn’t even bother to give us a call back). I worked with Jim Fisher who’s the consultant company sent out. Jim was prompted, detail oriented, and professional. He also was in contact with electrician department manager during the whole assessment process to make sure everything was right. Even though we decided to pause the project, down the road we would consider using them because it’s more piece of mind and they offer good warranty.
Chris was excellent, very professional. Answer all my questions, gave me options with regards to my issue. I have never had a bad experience with Blind & Sons. I have been with them since they installed my furnace and AC. Very professional, knowledgeable and reasonable.

We have used Blind and Sons many times and not once have we been left disappointed. We had an emergency plumbing issue today and they sent Craig who was kind, thorough, and informative. He got a restoration company out same day, and made multiple calls to get us the best deal he could to help us with the cost of the repairs. I'd recommend Blind and Sons to anyone who needs their services!!

Excellent work done by the crew to install my new AC and furnace. The appointment was made on time and they finished in 4.5 hours. The quality of workmanship is spot on. All areas were cleared of debris once the finished. It may seem a bit pricey, but I’d rather pay a little extra to have excellent work done right the first time. Each installer was polite and seemed very knowledgeable. I’m very satisfied with the work done by Blind & Sons.
Customer service was phenomenal. Both guys that came out were professional and did a great job. Our electrician that performed the service was a great guy and we would recommend him to anyone!
Mark was knowledgeable and and had a few possible things for me to choose for my plumbing problems. He is a good representative for the company. I feel confident that all the work I need done will be completed the right way.
Mark and Isaiah where AWSOME!! They where here on time, worked well together and got the job done. Looks great! New bathtub, and fixtures. Even my 16 year old complemented on how it looked. Definitely will let everyone know and I will use this company again.
Micheal was very professional and explained all issues thoroughly. Larry did an excellent job plastering around the pipe going into the chimney. However he forgot to turn the furnace back on. Spoke to Ken this morning. We have been pleased with the staff you sent this week 😊 Hershel did great job if troubleshooting- fixed the problem. Etan did great job.not only did he do maintenance on furnace but also checked the pipes and found 2 gas leaks and water leak. He was very professional and respectful. Dave checked everything. Did great job fixing gas leaks and water pipe leak. Also took time to look for leak in ceiling. Very pleased with his work and professionalism. Alex explained problem, professional and experienced. Again, Dave was very thorough, checked everything out and fixed it. Cleaned up area. He is very professional and respectful.
Uriel Walter's and crew was very courteous and professional. They were patient with my questions and exhibited a professionalism not often seen today.
This morning I had a brand new AC unit installed inside my home by Blind & Sons. Jay arrived very promptly and was very professional, neat, and clean. Jay explained all details from beginning to the end. All 3 technicians provided me with excellent outstanding service. I’m very happy with their work and super satisfied with Blind & Son’s. I highly recommend this company.
I’ve used Blind and Sons a few times now for plumbing and hvac work. Their employees are incredibly friendly and professional. You can tell they were trained well to deal with customers. I’ve been very happy with the workmanship (plumbing and hvac) and have yet to run into any issues with anything they’ve worked on. In fact, I had a plumber from another company over at one point for a different issue and he praised the work that Blind and Sons had done. I plan on trusting this company with many more projects to come, including some electrical work. Very easy recommendation from me.
