Serviced air unit and 2 weeks later its not working. Then states they can't be out for 3 days. They advertise 24 hrs a day... owner and office manager was extremely rude. Do not recommend...ever!
Came out same day (within 2 hours of making the call) provided the service I needed at a fair price and didn't try to sell me anything extra.
We needed our A/C replaced. Flanery was less expensive for a better unit than all of the other quotes we received. They explained everything clearly and were able to get the unit ordered and installed quickly. The crew that was on-site was friendly and professional. All is working well.
Hired Flanery to repair heat pump unit. It was out of refrigerant and frozen over. They fixed the unit. Cost $3k. Fix only lasted 2-3 weeks. Called them back within their 30 day warranty and it’s was the same issue. Leaked and empty refrigerant. They said it was not part of their warranty. So the same issue that happens again after they fixed it is suddenly not part of warranty. Refrigerant is expensive. Do not recommend.
My landlord contacted Flanery Heating & Cooling to fix the A/C in my apartment. They came same day, were very professional and got the issue taken care of promptly. Thanks to Josh and Brian, the two technicians for doing a great job. Update 06/28/21: they have come out to my apartment 3 separate times now through no fault of their own (my building is 100 years old). They are very transparent and will happily explain the issue and what/why they are doing what they are doing. If your AC is ever down I can't recommend Brian and his guys enough.
Called early in the day about our fan not working, and they were here early afternoon. Whole process was done in just a couple of hours, and Joshua, our technician, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Highly, HIGHLY recommended. AC is working great now!
My Blower went out on my furnace and not 3ven 2 hours later I had someone here checking my problem which I thought it caught on fire and had the fire department out .the fire department said it was unsafe and shut it all down. Flannery found out it was the Blower that burned up and they ey ordered the part and not even a hour later had a guy come back and install and put a new furnace filter in . Super nice and professional. Highly recommend
They came out the same evening I called and worked on the holiday to get us warm again. Such amazing people.
This company is very reliable, friendly and professional. Our boiler stopped working and they were out immediately. We changed from boiler heat to gas. I would highly recommend this company.

We upgraded our home from electric baseboard heat and window A/C units to a complete HVAC system. For such an enormous task, we had several companies out to review their approach and cost estimates with us. Pat was the only contractor who really took the time to understand our goals, and the fact that he was local and the most reasonably priced made it an easy decision. Pat was out several times prior to the project to ensure we were all on the same page about the approach. (He even seamlessly took on the questions of my father-in-law who, as a retired construction manager, is skeptical of most contractors.) During the project, Pat kept us well informed on the progress, performed his own internal quality reviews, answered any questions that we had, and his team was very professional. On this 90 degree day, I get to write this review from the comfort of my now fully climate-controlled home. So thankful we went with them!
