Bryant Heating & Cooling/Ron have been a pleasure to work with over the years.Ron has done the maintenance for both units for several years. When it came time to replace the AC unit I didn’t hesitate to call Ron first. They are always very responsive.

our a/c recently broke down and after 15 years it was time to replace we used Ron from Bryant Heating and Cooling in Alexandria and were very pleased with every aspect of his service including his competitive price professionalism and timeliness would definitely recommend!
Conman and a thief! He came out the next day so not an emergency call. No quote or heads up, he changed a $17 part, and was gone in about 10 min. Then he changed $300!!! Outrageous!!! Worse part a month later more issues.. definitely not calling him back! Good luck you have been warned

Amazing customer service! Ron has serviced us 2 times and is always quick to respond, effectively fixes any problem and does not try to attempt to up charge or get you to buy extra things! We will continue to use Bryant heating & cooling as long as they are around! Thank you Ron!
Ron was our Serviceman. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He arrived an hour before he even thought he could which was so appreciated since we was without air conditioning. Only fixed what was needed and did not try to over sell anything. We was extremely satisfied and we will only use them in the future. Ron thank you

Ron came out to give me a quote for new AC Unit. He was in and out in less than 2 minutes. He didn’t bother to look at the unit inside the house to notice it was capable of supporting a 4 Ton unit. My old ac unit was 3.5 tons which is perfect for the square footage of our home The quote I received days later was for a 3 ton unit which would not adequately cool our home. Overall I think Ron is nice person but pricey mistakes were made. The other two estimates I received were on point and owners spent time looking at ac unit, inside unit, duct work, etc as all this comes into play when cooling a house and being comfortable. Needless to say I got another 3.5 ton unit installed.
I know a pro when I see one. Bryant Heating & Cooling had me up and running in a very short amount of time and back in business. Less than one hour response time, professional, parts on truck, and now my heat pump works great! Ron is now my go-to heat and cooling guy.
I thought with the name Bryant that they were an authorized Bryant service vendor. This is not the case. The tech came out to fix my furnace and were here a whopping 15 minutes. He charged me $286 to replace a switch and there were no details on the receipt at all; I didn't even know his name, Five days later, my furnace is broken again. I have called numerous times over the past four days and have gotten no response from them. I have called Bryant Customer Service and opened a case against them and called another company (authorized by Bryant) to repair my furnace. I would NOT recommend this company!
I had an emergency issue with my HVAC and Ron came promptly, diagnosed the problem and fixed it completely at a fair price. He was extremely polite, professional and very detail oriented. I could not be happier with the service I received, and would highly recommend him to anyone.
Had a repair that was needed on my HVAC. I was extremely impressed with Ron’s knowledge, professionalism and genuine concern. He came out on a Sunday, was prompt and fully explained everything so I was able to fully understand. His price was very fair and I would highly recommend Ron to anyone.

The Team at Bryant Heating & Cooling helped us last year when the temps dipped below zero with the wind chill and got out furnace up and running in no time. When we had a new problem arise and our home warranty company requested additional information he was quick to respond with the necessary documentation and even walked me through a couple of things to help restore heat immediately. We know our furnace is 20 years old and will need replaced. When it is time we will be using Bryant Heating & Cooling. In this industry not all contractors subscribe to the same code of ethics that this team does.
I recommend Bryant Heating & Cooling. Ron responded quickly when my furnace stopped working. New system was in the next day. Everything was brought in/carried out carefully and area left clean.
