The service provided by this company was exceptional! Our furnace stopped working suddenly this winter and Dennis showed urgency in helping us to heat our home. He loaned us space heaters and was able to adjust his schedule in order to accommodate completing our job in a timely manner. He and Christopher were kind and respectful of our home as they worked. Looking forward to working with them again in the future. Would highly recommend this company!!!!
I’d like to thank Dennis for coming out on a Sunday and fixing our problem. Saturday we contacted at least 3 different services and didn’t receive as much as a call back. Dennis answered and came right out. Replaced the transformer and now the wife is happy!

I called them to see if there was something wrong with my ac and they came out and were very professional and polite. Yes I got charged a service call but I didn't mind. He did an inspection on my entire ac unit. I had no worries when he was done. Thank you so much.

Dennis came and gave me a quote on central air the price was very reasonable and when they came to install the unit they were on time and very professional and clean the quality of the work was beyond expectation I would definitely recommend to family and will be definitely calling him for future use

Look no further. Dennis is great. A straight shooter that will explain his work and the issues he has encountered. Installed a humidifier, fixed my A/C and most recently a gas leak. Extremely fair pricing.

Dennis is beyond amazing and professional in the work that he does. As fall rolls in and the need to turn the heat on arrives, we discovered only cold air blowing out of the vents and the flame constantly turning on and off. I gave Tropicair a call as a first time customer who found him based on his reviews. On a Sunday day, he came to our house within an hour after calling him. He walked me through my furnace, quickly identified the problem, and even showed me how to fix it myself in the future (or give him a call if I'm not comfortable doing so). He didn't charge any weekend or overtime rates, just his standard service fee and was in and out in 20 minutes. He also gave me a quote on installing a new humidifier that is quite generous! This is the shining example of what a HVAC service should be. If you're using someone else, you need to swap! I will be calling them for now on!

The guy came out and gave us all our money back and paid for the new repair guys bill. The capacitor shorted out. I would use him again, miss communication with my wife. Dennis is a very nice man, he went beyond what most would do. Thanks again, Dennis
They did one awesome job on my central air and furnace :) they took their time to be sure it was done right and got it done in just a couple days both new air and furnace :) also a humidifier.. If you are looking for a new furnace or central air be sure to call tropic air :)
