The K Company consistently provides outstanding customer service with a quality product. My technician Patrick's professionalism and expertise is unmatched. He explained the issue, provided me with clear options and completed the repair in a timely and effective way. As a professional, who makes referrals for Contractors I will always put the K Company and Patrick at the top of my list!!
Our serviceman, Patrick, provided excellent communication to us. He arrived on time, was very polite and courteous, and demonstrated full knowledge and understanding of A/C unit repairs and maintenance. He gave us thoughtful and reliable advise about our older home A/C unit, and was able to get it back into service in very little time. It is now working perfectly, and we highly recommend The K-Company to anyone whose cooling system needs service.
I’m visiting my elderly parents and they had a scheduled visit with Patrick. He called ahead, was very polite and personable. It’s nice knowing they are well taken care of in this department!

I want to explicitly highlight the professionalism of my technician, Patrick. He goes above and beyond when working on my system and is always available to field my questions. This guy needs a promotion, a raise, and even an equity stake in the company as a partner. His representation of the K Company (and himself) is so top notch I can’t say enough positive things about him. Kudos my friend. The K Company knows their stuff in and out. Although pricey for a residential service call, you know they’ll be through with their work.
Our air conditioning went out three days before our son’s wedding. We called and within an hour Patrick was out and he had us up and running by midday. He was knowledgeable and very professional!! Thank you so much.

They installed my furnace, a/c, humidifier about 10 years ago. I have a service contract with K Co for both heating and a/c. Every time they come they are on time, professional, courteous, friendly, and efficient. If I ask questions, they explain so that I understand. I would highly recommend the K Company, and I have!
