professional until they have your money, then good luck I have been leaving messages for 2 months now they will not return your calls an furnace is still not working properly

I have used Summit heating before for some minor repairs and they were great. So when it came time to replace my furnace and A/C unit I went with them again. The owner Dean is great and laid it my options and was very responsive with call backs. The guys he sent were right on time, which never happens. They were professional and cleaned up all the trash and took all the old stuff with them. The units look great and work great. They also have great warranties with the work and the units. I wouldn't go to anyone else and I wouldn't tell anyone else to go anywhere else. Great pricing and great work.
Summit Heating & Cooling were responsive, they helped us to decide whether to repair or replace our old system. They got back with an estimate quickly, communicated status. When they came to install, they were on time, worked quickly and quietly. They left the work area cleaner than when they started. The new system is performing beautifully so far. Having telling me they would do work for me, they ghosted me for months. Couldn’t get a returned call or text. They do great work but communication is terrible!

These guys are THE BEST! We called in a Friday for an estimate on a new furnace. Dean was able to come out same day and give an estimate. Their price was extremely reasonable. Scott came out the following day to do the install. They were fast, efficient, professional, and thorough. Explained everything we needed to know, answered all our questions, set up warranties, everything. Cannot say enough good things about them. They have gained a customer for life and we'll be recommending them to everyone we know. Thank you again Summit for everything! We truly appreciate you!

I can't say enough good things about Summit Heating & Cooling. One of my AC units wasn't functioning properly and in less than 24 hrs. they sent a technician out. Scott was very punctual and professional. He serviced both of our AC units and cleaned them up so they look brand new! I will be recommending Summit Heating & Cooling to family, friends and clients!
First the experience I had speaking with Dean on Tuesday evening made me at ease with what I had going on and I appreciate that very much. When it comes to Tyler my Tech this is where my experience was set apart from most. Tyler called 30 mins before arriving to make sure I was there. When arriving at my home he asked permission every step of the way. When coming in and out of the home he took on and off his shoe covers every time. That was an awesome thing to see. When going down to look at the issues, he was very thorough and explained to me what he was finding and doing it so I could understand. As he was there he gave helpful advice on maintenance and different tricks to keep my equipment running efficient. He really took his time and made it easy. He was there about an hour and not once was I inconvenienced with what he was doing. Very efficient, prompt and attentive. Tyler is a great asset to have on staff."
Awesome service! In the midst of the summer heat and emergency service calls these guys are going above and beyond working 90-100 hours a week to keep people comfortable. I’m grateful for the job they did.
Summit heating and cooling has been there for us on more than one occasion. It is very apparent they know exactly what they are doing. Our problem was diagnosed very quickly and repaired in the same day. Very professional and friendly. Glad we have a company we can rely on for future needs.
