Brendan came out and let me know my boiler was fine after others told me it needed new parts, and he showed me the problem was my chimney is all clogged up, he saved me and my family from being poisoned from carbon monoxide, I'm very greatful and I highly recommend him especially for boilers, he's excellent 5 stars!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Jim our technician and the team from our My HVAC Guy. They were very quick in response and beat everyone’s price. Jim was so professional even on a Saturday and very personable. I know who I’ll be going back to for any of my heating or air needs. I’ve worked in customer service for 15 years and this team sets the bar very high. Thank you all for your excellent work
We had Jim Jamieson come to service our air conditioning unit in our house today. He was very professional and fixed our unit within 30 minutes. It was a pleasure meeting and talking to him this morning. This kind of customer service is lacking now a days , it was refreshing to start the day with good people. Thank you

These were the most dedicated hard workers I have had experience with for quite sometime now! They actually” cared” about me and my situation. Even prioritized my need being without functioning heater or air for 2 months I want to say a sincere! Thank you! I was able to sleep last night after 2 months of stress. Definitely! Recommend them to anyone! They did a complete! Heater - duck work install as well as ensure my air was operating and efficiently! The drop down menu is not working to choose correct work they did.

This company is the best! I will Always use them for all of my heating and cooling needs. Brendan is VERY knowledgeable and we have had several companies come and try to work on our boiler and they don't know what they are doing. My HVAC Guy is also very professional, kind and always on time. Don't even hesitate to give them a try, you won't be sorry!
