Ive been a customer for over 30 years. The Technician, Blair, was efficient, professional, and very friendly. He went above and beyond to fix my furnace. Lowry's service is impeccable.
Super friendly service, reasonably priced, local company. Have needed them a couple of times now and each time my experience has been great. I highly recommend them, won't call anyone else for my heating or cooling needs.
I've used lowrys several times for my furnace and air conditioner needs. Each time they have been very responsive, punctual and have had great customer service. I first used them when I asked for a second opinion when another company told me I needed over 800 dollars in parts. Turns out the parts weren't needed. Lowrys is the only company I'll use in the future.
The service tech that came out was absolutely wonderful! My boiler is running like a champ again!
Just had Blair out here to look at my furnace. It was not coming on all the time. Turned out to just be the exhaust pipe outside. It fell over and was getting condensation in it. Easy fix and a really good price to fix it. I thought it might be my ignition sensor out, so I have to say this is a very honest company that checks things out throughly. Blair was a great guy and very personable. I will definitely be calling them for future issues. They were also here in less than 30 minutes after I called. Definitely a great and reliable company. Thank you for wonderful, fast service.

First time calling Lowery Heating and Cooling I got an appointment the next day. The tech Mark was prompt and professional. Found the issue with my furnace quickly and repairs were made. I will call them for routine maintenance in Spring and again next Fall. I would highly recommend this company. Also the price was right.

Tiger Lily Realty manages rental homes and has used Lowry Furnace and Air Conditioning for years. Even though a couple of years ago they went through a management change, the new owner worked under the old management and is still providing quality work. Many of my clients have accepted Lowry quotes over other quotes that were presented to them. Lowry provides a consistently good service, is responsive & reliable, moderate in cost, respectful to our tenants, and clean up after themselves. I highly recommend their furnace and air-conditioning service!
Great honest people, called them for a second quote on a new furnace and AC, spent more then a minute looking at my furnace and told me what was wrong and went over the options of repairing or replacing. Much more thorough then the first company. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know
Snowmageden day. Obviously busy. Called a few different places. Describe problem to one guy, said, sounds like the sensor. If I can get there, I will just clean it. Guy couldn’t get out of his drive. Call a second guy. Same thing. Call Lowry, spoke to Lisa. Said very busy but will have a guy call. 1 hour later. No call. Call back. Hands phone to man. Says we r having issues with the snow. Tell him what’s going on. Sounds like sensor but not sure. Turn on the fan to bypass it and keep warm. 1 hour later, Scott shows up. Complain about idiot people on the road. Releases a few cuss words but who cares. Tell hey, just think it’s the sensor. Completely ignores me and starts rocking the motor. U need a new motor. 525. I’m ok, let me call my landlord. Leaves I call another guy. Sounds like the sensor. Can’t get there. Landlord meanwhile gets another guy to come out. 2 guys show up in 10 minutes. Walk down stairs. Burners are not staying on. I said yes I know. They are igniting, but will not stay on. Yes I know. The motor is fine. Feel it? Yes. The sensor is bad. Pulls the sensor out. Cleans it with sandpaper. Flips furnace back on. Not a problem sense. Now I get a call from Lisa wanting to charge us for service fee for the owner coming out and looking at the furnace. This man who has been doing this for years never looked at the sensor, just literally rocked the motor and said new motor. Be leery of Lowry.
Nice people and very knowledgeable. Scott is a great guy and willing to answer questions you have and go the extra foot. Very fair pricing on equipment compared to others, for the same price if not less, for much better stuff to boot
