From the friendly and professional assistant that answered the phone and booked my appt, to Sean's thorough inspection and cleaning of our air conditioner...I haven't experienced this level of service and expertise in a very long time. Thrilled to have found Jennings and their awesome technician, Sean!

Jennings did a great job with my water heater! They are always able to come same day or next day to diagnose problem and they were able to get me a new water heater and install same day! Great service across the board!
Andrew was earlier than expected, thoroughly explained what the plan was, analyzed the situation, and then explained what he did, which was replacing the main breaker to my house. He was polite and friendly. I will use Jennings again!

Jennings Heating and Cooling are my go to for any HVAC work. They’re thorough, have great customer service and efficient. Would recommend them to anyone who wants a trusted company to work on their Furnace or AC.
We asked for a service call to evaluate our 20 year old air conditioner. Dylan was very thorough in cleaning and servicing our unit. We are having some issues with cooling in one room of our house and he evaluated that thoroughly. Finally he set us up with an appointment for evaluation and estimate for a new unit should we decide to follow through with a new unit. We were very happy with the professionalism of Jennings Heating and Cooling overall from scheduling to service.

Look for other options. The company seems dishonest to me. I called to have my HVAC system looked at and they said the first opening was on a Saturday. They failed to tell me that would be considered an after hours service call and charged me extra. I wasn't in a hurry and would've been fine paying less with a standard service call. The technician was polite and professional but tried to tell me the system was at end of life and a safety hazard. They told me my system had no refrigerant and was likely leaking. They quoted me $1300 to perform a leak test and then another $700 for 3Lbs of refrigerant but the tech couldn't tell me if that would be enough and it would be another $250lb for additional. They also quoted me $270 to replace the capacitor in my condenser which is a $20 part and takes 10 mins to change. This is after paying $139 just for a service call. I called for a second opinion and a company came out and said the system is in fine shape and they found the leak was due to a loose service cap. They repaired the cap and recharged the system for $680 total. The technician was very knowledgeable and when I asked about the leak test he said he could perform one for $300 but didn't feel it was needed. He said he'll come back next year and record the pressure of the system and it'll determine if it's leaking and if so can do a leak test then. He said all evidence pointed to the loose service cap being the leak. I'd be cautious when dealing with this company.

The tech is very thorough and always prompt with appt keeping. I don't feel like Jennings is trying to sell me something when I really don't need it !
