The team responded promptly to my clogged kitchen sink. Chase did a great job and was able to answer every question I had. I would recommend this company to anyone with plumbing emergencies!
My family only trusts J&J. We’re new to this area and didn’t know who to turn to in January to replace our AC and and heating units which went out. J&J took care of everything. Austin B stopped by back in May to turn the AC on for us before it got too hot. Then sure enough our sump pump went out last night. Called J&J yesterday and Rachel picked up and was quick to send Chase B over here this morning to replace it also. J&J is the best. Honest. Hard working. Kind to my kids. They find the problem and fix it right away. Thanks guys!
Avoid this business at all cost if you can. Technitions are professional and timely, but the business engages in high pressure tactic and encourages monthy subscriptions that would border on a scam. It took months for me to get the subscription cancelled and when they finally got around to it I was expected to pay back the minor discount I got for having dispite having paid 3 times the standard rate to get a 240v outlet installed. They have standard prices for every job and are not open to negotiation for considerations such as having an exposed ceiling that should make the work easier
AC issue. Made the call n scheduled a tech. Austin B. Showed up on time and did an inspection to see what's wrong. He also went over the options to fix the problem. Respectful of the property and inside the house, friendly and courteous. Great job!
Recently moved into a home and had issues with a brand new HVAC leaking/overflowing onto our drywall. Austin with J&J came out and quickly deduced the system was installed without any know-how. Austin was clearly experienced and did what the other guys should have done in no time at all. Will definitely be giving them a call and requesting him by name if anything else comes up.
Austin did a maintenance inspection on my air conditioner which wasn't working and did a thorough cleaning. He explained everything as he was doing it and explained the cost of repair and the cost of a new A/C. He left the choice up to me and I decided to go for the new A/C because of the age of the old one. The service was excellent and I would recommend J&J to anyone. Louise Martin
Scott the electrician is awesome!! Very polite & professional. He took the time to answer all my questions and my worries were put to rest. He made me comfortable in my own home. I like that J&J sends a text with a picture of the tech before they show up
We used J&J Plumbing to fix a leaking pipe and they were great. Andrew and Jason called first, were right on time, very pleasant and friendly, were even friendly with our little barking dog! Andrew and Jason had the problem fixed in no time and we certainly appreciated them!
Chase was our plumber today and did a wonderful job. He was super friendly, honest and just a good worker.
Scott was outstanding and talked through what was needed and provided post repair instructions so that I could move forward with other work at the home. Highly Recommend and will call them for all of my plumbing, HVAC and the like moving forward! Josh Miller

From the initial phone call to the work being completed, I was so impressed with J&J Plumbing. Their professionalism and customer service is unmatched. When Justin arrived, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and so polite. He answered all of my questions and worked efficiently. The electricians were outstanding, David was very professional and knowledgeable! Did a great job installing ceiling fans, and light fixtures. Scott W. came to assist latter on and he to was very professional and knowledgeable as well. Outstanding work by both technicians and they did a great job cleaning up when they were done. I would highly recommend J & J for any plumbing, electrical, or heat and air work that needs to be done, you won't be disappointed!
Andrew and Jason were on time and very knowledgeable. They were able to snake our drain and give us reasons why it was an ongoing issue. The fact that HVAC and electrical are available with the same company is a huge plus. Will definitely use them in the future.
Carl and Gabe were awesome!! They were early and very professional. They wore shoe covers to prevent dirt in our house and made sure to answer questions we had. The work was done very well and they cleaned up afterwards. We will definitely return for any more work we may need done!! Thank you
Jason and Andrew replaced a drainage pipe in a difficult spot for us. Everything worked just as they explained and clean up has been easy. We’ll be calling this company for any future needs!
Jeremy came out for electric to add more outlets to my garage and install a new camera and outdoor light, and did a fantastic job. Cleaned up after himself when he was, very friendly, and on time! I also had Scott, Justin and Blaire out for plumbing issues and they were great as well! All three guys have great manners and are very personable. Austin came out for HVAC to do a once over on our AC unit and he was great! Very nice and had great manners as well as talked to me about everything that he was doing, and what he did. J&J just earned a new long term customer!
I had my main drain cleared by Carl today! He was on time, gave professional service and gave me options for repairs. I am very pleased with my experience with this company!
5-star experience with J&J. Chase provided excellent service in resolving an issue with our shower drain. At my request, he even took the time to take a look at the sink to ensure that no other problems were on the horizon. This isn’t our first time using J&J. They have earned our business with their effectiveness and professionalism.
