Had an outside AC unit with a burnt motor they found the motor the unit is 13 years old. Then they replace just the motor did not try to sell me a new outside unit for five times the cost Second time I’ve had worked with them they do a great job would recommend them to anyone.
Steve and his co-worker were awesome! Very friendly, quick at the job, and professional. I will be calling them back in the future!

Hybrid put in my furnace and AC and has been servicing those same systems for about 10 years now. I have had nothing but very good service from them. They are prompt and very professional. The price is good too. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

Amazing experience. When I received a furnace inspection from another company first, to determine why my furnace wasn't working. They determined my whole HVAC needed replaced. I called Hybrid for a second opinion. They came out and did a full inspection to discover my system didn't need replaced, it was just a pressure switch that needed replaced. Great customer service, excellent communication throughout the entire process.
We had minus 10 degrees. Heater failed to keep inside temp at 68. 51 degrees, heater needed manual reset every hour. Trevor found a dip switch in wrong position. This upped the high heat fan airflow up to move the air in our vents a greater amount and lower the furnace exit temps to 126 degrees. Now it does not trip the high heat limit and shut down the furnace. Awesome service permanent fix. Thanks
When my furnace quit working on Christmas Eve day when it was below zero outside, they called in extra staff to to handle the huge number of calls they were getting and were able to get someone out to look at our furnace within an hour or two. They quickly identified out problem and were able to get it fixed (luckily without any parts since the parts stores were all closed). They literally saved our family Christmas celebration. I can't thank them and recommend them enough for their dedication to helping out. For weekend/holiday emergency service, their cost was quite reasonable as well.
Fast and very professional service. We are very particular on who we choose for our home needs and hybrid exceeded our expectations.
Called them out to fix a "loose gas" pipe that another heating company had failed to tighten when install my furnace when they completed what they called "done". They did a great job explaining the issue and the fix along with walking through my unit's proper service ability and how to keep it up to date myself. They went the extra mile and installed my Ecobee thermostat as well. I would recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC help. Can;t say enough how awesome they were to work with.
