Our furnace went out this morning. Called Echols, they said they’d be out between 2-4:00. At noon they called and said the technician was in his way. Jared fixed our furnace, was friendly and professional. Thankful they responded so quickly on such a cold day.

Needed A/C repair - called on a Monday morning during this heat wave. Had an appointment in early afternoon. Cody was friendly and professional. He explained everything to me. The cost was very reasonable. This is a well run company I have dealt with on numerous occasions. No need to go anywhere else.

Tom M. was great! He explained the problem with the system and he showed me what repairs needed to be made and he quoted me a very fair price. When the work was completed there was no increases to the original estimate to bump up costs like other companies do. The work was done quickly and my system is cooling beautifully. I will definitely recommend Tom M. and Echol's heating to anyone who needs HVAC repairs. They saved me over $500.00 from some other local HVAC company. Thanks ever so much!
DO NOT USE THESE SERVICES. I was scammed out of 5000 dollars out of this company only for my air conditioning not to be fixed after months. Their service is low quality, and it has been hot in my house for over days, and even with their frequent visits, they don’t even try to fix my a/c. TOTAL SCAM.

Never dealt with them but they need to let their drivers know they need to drive SAFELY. I had a driver on my tail while I was doing the speed limit down Route 585 today and it was wet and rainy. Then the driver passed me going uphill over a solid yellow line. I am not looking to get anyone fired. Just let them know they could cause a nasty accident with that behavior.
I have been a customer of Echols for over 20 years, 3 different houses. They have replaced both my furnace & AC in the house I currently live in. Always professional, honest, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!!!!
