Contacted Robert on a Friday evening and he was available the next day to come out and see about how to fix my furnace. He came out the first time and replaced a "switch." The problem continued and he came out the next day and replaced the switch again. Needless to say the problem persisted. He made false claims of sending a "friend" over to look at the issue, but this person never showed up. When I called him about this, he acted surprised and said he would call his friend and call me back. After giving me the run around for a couple of days, he never called me back. It was obvious his friend never went out and he knew this. I wasted money paying for the switch when that ended up not being the issue. I wasted time trusting that Robert was an honorable businessman who would do the right thing. Robert does not honor his warranty or labor. I should have listened to the newer reviews. I was hoping this was the start of a positive working relationship, however I will never refer Robert to anyone or use him again.
Had the furnace replaced at a really great price and with quality equipment! Very happy with the service
I am not happy with the service. A bunch of promises and sweet words, a cold house with no calls answered.
I cannot recommend him to my friends and family. I will pass.
Called East End for a problem with my A/C, because, in past experience, bigger companies try to upsell me instead of just fixing the problem. Bobby was straightforward and offered helpful information about my system and what I do (and don’t) need to do to maintain it until replacement. He fixed the obvious issue, which turned out to be a quick fix, and made sure that was everything I needed. Will call again whenever issues arise and when I do eventually need to look into an update.

Bobby was Very detailed and did an amazing job on my boiler. He had the best price around. Very knowledgeable and got the boiler installed in great time! Would recommend to anyone
We had a great experience with East End Heating & Cooling! We tried to turn the furnace on for the first time this winter and of course it would not start. A company came out and told us we needed to replace the entire furnace. I wanted to get a 2nd option Bobby was able to offer his expertise and get the furnace fixed for much less. I also like to keep my money in the community and shop local, this is a small family business. I know who I will call 1st next time! Thank you East End!!

Our heat went out in the middle of the night, called several 24 hr places and only one answered but couldn't get to us right away, I have an elderly Father and can't go without heat, I called Bobby and he got here within 30 minutes, had us up and running again in a short time, definitely will use him again
