This is a residence, not a business.
After 4 times over a one month period of time of not showing up to install a new furnace and A/C we requested a refund. This company has refused to refund our $1900 deposit. We are living without a furnace in December due to this company stealing our money. Do not hire them. Very dishonest business practices. January - 8 weeks! This company has not installed our equipment or returned our $1900. The Owner, Josh Sheets, has stolen our money.
We called when our furnace went out in the winter and they came right out and fixed it right away. Would recommend this company.
