I would like to thank Choice Aire for coming out when there was a winter storm going on. Roads were icy, snow covered and temps were in the single digits but you came on time. I had a great experience from the beginning with Eric who came out to give the quote, to the end with the excellent installers Brent and John. Thanks to Brent for going above and beyond what he needed to do. I would definitely recommend Choice Aire (and already have) to friends and family in the future. David Miller
I have been with Choice Air for years. They fail to schedule my appointments when I call months in advance. When I asked to speak to a manager, they left me on hold, so I had to hang up. I did receive a phone call from one of their employees, but since October there have been no hours available on a Friday. I am displeased with their service!
Awesome company! Installed new furnace at our first home and new AC at our last home.
Choice Aire was a great company I had the pleasure of doing business with. Brett was fabulous, professional very personable and knew immediately what the issue was and explained everything to me. Very fair price and I felt the serviceman took pride in doing a good job I will definitely do business with this company again. Thank you to everyone and especially the sweet young lady who took my order and Brett for be such a nice guy.
Excellent from start to finish. Started with a fair, knowledgeable quote, once the work started the guys were always on time and courteous . They even kindly performed some extra work that wasn’t in initial quote for no extra charge . Highly recommend.
Choice Aire provided a great price, professional work, and an easy installation process. They took the time to answer any questions I had and explained the options in a straight forward and helpful way. I received another quote from a larger company and it showed how trustworthy and fair Choice Aire treats its customers.
We called Tuesday morning and they came out same day. No charge for diagnosing the issue. Had an estimate ready next day and came today to install. Very professional and answered any questions we had. I highly recommend them for any HVAC issues
I had a good experience with Choice Aire starting with my first phone call to inquire about repairing or replacing my heating/cooling system. The owner of the company scheduled an appointment to come to my house and assess the situation and provided me with several options. I appreciated the straight-forward communication, his knowledge about my system, and his no high pressure sales approach. I was assisted in choosing the best option to heat and cool my home. I was provided a quote that was easy to understand (no hidden fees or bundled costs) and scheduling the installation was done in a timely manner. The technicians arrived at the scheduled time. They were careful in bringing the new equipment in and taking the old out. They were courteous and answered all my questions and took the time to do the job right which I very much appreciated. It's been about five weeks now and the new furnace and AC are functioning well. The invoice and product registrations were provided to me for my records. I would like to thank Eric, his office staff, and the installers, Brent and Eddy for providing me for what I consider excellent service.

I am extremely happy to have found Choice Aire. I purchased a new heating/cooling system including new duct work throughout the entire house. I'm renovating an older home, which was in need of some updates and was missing central air in certain locations. I had a few vendors come out to quote the job but none of them provided the professionalism and care that Eric did. He was honest about what was possible, given the age of the home, and provided me with multiple approaches that fell in different price ranges. This was extremely helpful and appreciated since my budget had limits. The install crew, Brandon and Brandon, were as professional and knowledgeable as Eric. The team was timely, clean, communicated well as to what they were doing or recommendations they had along the way. The entire process from start to finish was performed beyond my expectations. It was a pleasure working with this company. I highly recommend!
HVAC is typically a big investment in the home, which is where my extension of credit goes to this business for their professionalism in helping with this important decision. I did my due diligence and requested multiple quotes from different HVAC companies. To no discredit to the competitors, ChoiceAire did a great job in explaining their product as simply as possible, being up front with pricing options, and also implementing a very timely, clean installation process. The entire timeline, from sales presentation to the actual installation was seamless on our end and performed to and beyond the set expectations. My family and I are pleased so far with our new HVAC system.
Came out when scheduled for estimate, explained options for replacing entire attic A/C system. Scheduled work, arrived on time did all work as stated. Courteous and informative crew. Cleaned up work area. Great experience! Highly recommend!
I was given what I thought was a good price quote. The installers showed up on time, got the job done in really good time and cleaned up the area. I am happy to say I think I GOT WHAT I PAYED FOR. Can anyone ask for more than that?
I cannot say enough about the crew that installed my new furnace and a/c. They were fast...cleaned as they went...made recommendations as needed and very reasonable! The owner came out beforehand and talked through options and pricing. My husband and I are very pleased and highly recommend!

We used Choice Aire recently on a couple of occasions . Initially our furnace went out during a cold streak and Choice Aire sent out a technician to give us an emergency solution while we mapped out our permanent replacement solution . Choice Aire helped spec a solution that aligned with our needs and budget . We cannot stress how professional the Choice Aire staff was during all of out interactions and how low stress the entire process was. We cannot emphasize how stress free the entire process was and how happy we are with our new unit . We cannot give them enough kudos
