Carl's Heating and A/C is the BEST and ONLY Heat and AC company we use. We have been customers for more than 20 years. They are efficient, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly, trustworthy. Coletta, the owner who took over the business from her late father, Carl, has been wonderful and very helpful ever since I was away on a long army tour and my wife was at home with three young children and no heat! They don't try to push more expensive equipment, just what you need. We have used them for AC and Heat maintenance and new furnace, AC and water heater at our home and a new furnace at a relative's house. God bless them!!
One of the few plumbing companies that actually can get you parts if you want to do the repairs. Yourselves. Have used them twice for this, and the parts were perfect and I fixed it. And so glad I did both the furnace and the air conditioner.
It was going to be 89 degrees. 1sr hot day of summer. My air conditioning was blowing warm air.Carl s came out the next am.Found the problem right away and fixed it.I had cool air in under an hour.Friendly, knowledgeable tech.
It took 6 months to finish service on my boiler. I was told i would not be charged extra labor and parts would not be marked up. 1/2 a year later they finish work and boiler is leaking water all over floor. I have been swaping buckets for almost a week now.
Good but triple the price on what u need for parts was very shocked to see a 12$ to 20$ dollar part cost 65$ ! Ordered 2 after i fixed it !
The service was done okay, but the person who deals with making appointment and making charge was not professional at all.
Never got the promised call back.
Furnace had no power to it Kevin was called out and found bad fuse and motherboard was the cause he was able to locate a new board and had the furnace up and running again in under 30 mins . Very reliable affordable friendly straightforward company would highly recommend not out to get your money just to do there job and help people that need it .
Carl's Heating repairman was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable on furnace repairs. I highly recommend this company to others.

Don’t return phone calls. Claim they “service” AC units, they break 2 weeks later and then they won’t return phone calls or bother coming back to fix the unit they “supposedly” “serviced”
The services was excellent and the prices were even better compared to all the other quotes I had gotten for a new furnance. These guys went above and beyond. Thank you for your service and a special thanks to Mark.
I want to thank Carls for coming out right away to repair my water heater exhaust vent so I wouldn’t have to worry about Carbon Monoxide danger anymore. They really helped me out and they were very reasonable.
We have boiler heat in our house and ithas stopped working...of course in middle of a snow storm. My landlord called Carl's as this is who services it. The sticker says 24/7service; HOWEVER, we called and it goes to their Answering service.... Who was Rude. And they stated that Carl's left No On-call instructions and they won't get the message until tomorrow .not good when you have kids and it is cold outside. ....

If you're looking for a HVAC company no need to look any further. Honest and professional service. Had a emergency repair done and was quite impressed with the service technician ! Would highly recommend!

We didn't actually meet. They were going to give our fuel oil furnace its annual service, but someone else's furnace broke down, leaving a family without heat. They called to let me know why they had to cancel my appointment.
