Darren was great! He was able to replace our AC unit and furnace within a week, was very professional what he quoted was right on.I would recommend him to anyone who has a heating or cooling issue great guy.
I can't say enough good about Darren. He came in prioritized my situation as my furnace quit working properly, and so with below zero weather coming and the holidays, he made his schedule work to get it done. He was professional, competitive in price and his quality of work was excellent. He took care to not track and cleaned better than how it was before he started! 2 other major companies in Fargo that I got quotes from were 2 weeks out, that was the soonest they could help me. I would highly reccomend Darren and his company.
My experience with Darren was wonderful! He called me back quickly with a quote, was able to replace our AC unit and do a tune up service on our furnace within a week, was very professional and total was exactly what he quoted. My wife and i would reccommend him to anyone who has a heating or cooling issue.
Darren came out, seemed like a good person. I asked for an estimate with which model number heater he would be using. The next day I received the estimate and no model number was listed. I called and asked again. He said he would get back to me in a couple of hours with the model, which he did not. I waited a day and a half. I then contacted him again, asking which model number it was. He stumbled and wasn’t sure which model he quoted. He said he couldn’t go lower on the price. I said that wasn’t it I just wanted the model number of the heater, so I knew what I was getting. He then said he didn’t want the job. Very shady. I will not recommend to anyone!!
