Tried calling but no one would answer. Tried several times and different people there to no avail.
This is the shadiest business I have ever dealt with and would recommend finding a reputable company. They came out to my house over 5 times last year. Never fixed it. Talked with many people and an agreement was reached over payment since they had been out so many times. Now a year later trying to send me 4 bills for over $1,000. Said they could not get a hold of me even though my address has never changed. Do yourself a favor and avoid the hassle. What a joke! P.S. After the shady patch work on my furnace I went with a reputable company that did an amazing job. The only had to come out once!

Excellent service! Jose is great! Have had them install a new water heater, and just the other day, a new garbage disposal. Will definitely keep using them!
Hot water heater went out and they came the next morning and installed a new one very quickly and professionally. Dispatch gave wonderful updates via text to us to let us know which technicians were coming and when, and even about their backgrounds/experience, which was fun to know. Also checked our fireplace and we scheduled for routine maintenance for our HVAC system. Jose, Ivan, and Alicia rocked it! Beyond excited for hot water tonite! Thank you, All American 🇺🇸 😎
Great service fixing my kitchen sink leak issues..professional and pleasant..will use later to install new garbarge disposal. Have used for Hvav and new water heater...they are my go to!
We received outstanding service from both Lamont and Alicia. My wife and I unfortunately awoke to flooding in our downstairs bedroom. I immediately called All American Plumbing & Heating and spoke to Alicia. She very quickly took my information and processed my request for assistance and stated that she would mark our request as urgent. Lamont Goldstein later showed up at our doorstep. He inspected the area of concern and provided us with his assessment as well as his recommendations. His knowledge and expertise were very evident as he was able to answer all of our questions, including the options that we had. This is the first time that we have experienced this type of problem in our home and we sincerely appreciated Lamont's guidance in dealing with this problem. Thank God for All American Plumbing & Heating & Air.
Repaired water heater, Jose Alvarez & his apprentice were very professional , honest about issues . I would surely advise any one looking for plumbing or service Needs of All American plumbing & would hope they would get Jose Alvarez as there service tech. Sincerely , jerry perez

AC component went out. Made an appointment with Shelly on the phone, very nice, polite, professional, friendly and attentive. Was able to move up our appointment even sooner to have the ac fixed in a day or two instead of several days. Leo, the technician, professional and got the job done, kept touching base with me in regards to what he was doing and was able to get the ac fixed in no time. Would highly recommend Thank you

Super professional! I thought my neighbor had a broken pipe. Our yards were both very muddy. She called All American Plumbing to check it out for her. Turned out to just be broken sprinkler heads. They replaced hers and even bought a new sprinkler head for my yard too! No charge! How nice is that?! Will definitely call them for all my plumbing needs. I know they will be fair to us ladies!

Jose A was amazing! He went above and beyond to check out all the issues in my home, including giving me tips on how to maintain and care for my water heater when the original call was just a faucet replacement. He was very calm and patient and unlike other repair men he wasn't pushy when it came to invoicing. I will be calling him again whenever I need any help. Incredibly professional, on-time, and left a spotless work space.
The installation of our kitchen faucet cost over $400. We are both retired teachers living on pensions. This was too much, but we had no other choice but to have it done to stop the leak in the sink. The young man was very nice and did a very clean and thorough job. We recommend the servers but not the over-priced service.
Sheila, the one who made the appointment for me was very accommodating and polite and explained what was expected prior to the service; Austin the one who provided the actual service was knowledgeable, personable and a professional. He wore shoe covers which was the best since most service companies forget this very important detail when entering a customer’s residence. Austin was polite, too like Sheila. The job was done quickly after explaining the cause of the problem and offered the best solution. Truly a Pro. I was delighted since it was my first time to hire their services and was content. Thank you for living up to what you advertise.
Needed water softner fixed. Got help same day and though a part needs to be ordered, the pump is working, Jose was most helpful with the decisions we had to make concerning our softner.
