Excellent service and always on time
Sam recently installed new HVAC systems in our home. His knowledge and explanation of the work impressed us and we were very confident with our decision. We had all AC and heat pump/furnace units replaced. After doing much research and getting quotes from 5 other businesses Sam was the most reasonable and fair for our needs. Other companies offered all the “bells and whistles”10 yr warranties but honestly if you are installing new efficient units you should not need to pay for warranty on units that in all probability won’t breakdown within 10 years. Sam was prompt at answering our questions and worked with us to get us the right systems for our home. Once the units were ordered there was no delay in installing. He installed everything in 2 days and was very neat and respectful of our home and property. The county inspector even commented on what a clean and neat install he did. The big name companies are not always the best to go with as far as bang for your buck. We highly recommend Sam Brawley for your HVAC needs. We live in Clemmons NC.

We needed an additional unit to cool and heat the upstairs. Sam came the day after we called him for an estimate and was less expensive than our other quotes The installation was done in one day and he saved us money by using existing ducts. He was honest, trustworthy, and efficient. We definitely recommend Brawley Mechanical for all our HVAC needs.

Sam is professional, knowledgable and very efficient. He arrived at our house to replace our heatpump around 7AM and had everything completed around noon. After dealing with a large heating and air company for years Sam was a breath of fresh air!
As an engineer and a person who does the majority of work on our home, I can be fairly particular when it comes to hiring out other people to do work for us. Sam has impressed me since I first contacted him about servicing our units last summer. He recently just replaced both of our units and I cannot say enough good things about the work that he did. He has a combination of knowledge, attention to detail and work ethic that is hard to come by these days. I would easily recommend him to anyone who was looking to have some HVAC repairs/maintenance performed on their home.

I can't say enough good things about our experience(s) with Brawley Mechanical. Less than a year ago (in May or June) our upstairs heat pump froze up, again. I asked on FB for recommendations and Brawley Mechanical was one of them. It was a Saturday evening and we were headed home from the lake and he offered to come that night. He arrived just when he said he would and was very friendly, honest and helpful. He patched the problem and charged a fair price. We.asked for a quote for replacement because both units were 20 years old. We didn't replace at that time. Fast forward to January, the downstairs unit started making a noise, so we called him back. He came on the agreed day and was early. We asked for a quote for individual unit replacements and a whole system replacement. His quote was quick and reasonably priced (as much as 2 heat pumps can be 😁). We settled on a date for installation, he was here early and worked quickly and effectively. He protected our floors and didn't leave a mess. The whole experience was great. You won't be disappointed.
Excellent work! Samual has replaced two HVAC systems for me in the last six months. In both cases, he showed up on time and completed the job in a timely manner. He does quality work at a fair price and is very knowledgeable in HVAC systems. In both cases, he replaced the old inefficient A/C only system with a heat pump. He set the second heat pump up to work with my oil furnace to save on my power bill, by using it as the auxiliary heat instead of electric heat strips. I would recommend Brawley Mechanical to anyone.

Fantastic. Contacted Brawley Mechanical one evening about our AC, offered to come immediately. We had them come the next day and he was able to break down the issues for us and provide great options for solutions. Decided to replace some things and he was able to get them and replaced very quickly. Samuel was extremely thorough, friendly, knowledgeable and clean. Technically competent, reasonably priced. As a mechanical engineer, I am particular about who works on my home heating and cooling systems. Brawley mechanical replaced a failed second story heat pump in my home. The system had lasted 12 years, but would have run much longer if it had been properly installed. Sam Brawley identified numerous mistakes made in the initial installation (incorrectly sized unit, insufficient return air ducts, wrong thermostat location). I knew about most of the problems, so the evaluation demonstrated their technical competence to me. They were able to correct the problems with relatively minor changes. The new system works well and the price was very reasonable. Their workmanship was good and they were careful to cover floor surfaces during installation and clean up when finished. Who you choose for installation is the most important factor affecting the performance and longevity of your HVAC system.
Sam Brawley responded very quickly to our request for an estimate on a mini-split system for our sunroom. He came out and got the estimate back to us within a day or two. We had him to do the system for us, which was completely installed within about a week of the estimate! He did an outstanding job, and we love our mini-split system! We would highly recommend Brawley Mechanical for all of your heating and air needs!
Brawley Mechanical was recommended to me by someone I work with. My HVAC (with gas pack) had to be replaced. Sam was on time for appointments, quick to respond to texts and emails, answered all of my questions, and got the job done when promised at a very reasonable price!
