I’ve used Logan for about 3 yrs. This was the first time Kelvin has been our technician. He was super nice and efficient. He even arrived 15 minutes before my appt timeframe! Great job as usual and I will continue using Logan.

Thank goodness for our Logan Heating and Air maintenance contract! During our 6 month check-up, the technician found a "burnt" wire from a short - definite fire hazard. The technician installed the new part and wire. We were very thankful a disaster was averted!

The last technician and almost every technician I have dealt with are very professional, thorough, personable, well skilled and proficient in what they do, honest, and knowledgeable. The technical service person that came out today, January 3rd was early, which was great. Very professional, while being friendly. My control panel was blank. Therefore no heat. He quickly diagnosed my problem and fixed it. Great job !!
Keith was the technician who came out to perform the winter maintenance service. He is excellent, professional, very thorough, knowledgeable, and polite. Keith provided in detail everything that was checked and completed. He answered all of my questions and provided helpful information. We have used Logan for many years and we highly recommend them. They installed anew air conditioning unit and the guys they sent were very professional and did a wonderful job.
The tech was polite, professional, and early. He recommended new part and able to replace same day. We have always used Logan and never had bad experience. Would definitely recommend!
Logan has been great! I was worried that we would need an electrician since we had a problem with our breaker box, but Jacob (who obviously also has knowledge about electrical) was able to isolate the loose wire and fix the issue! We will be warm this Christmas! Thanks!
