I called hh hovey after hours and got a very quick response from Tom he is awesome and very knowledgeable! He got my A/C back up in running within ten minutes over the phone and even stayed on the phone with me to ensure everything was running properly and educated me on my system! I can’t recommend these guys enough!!!
They made the whole process extremely easy for us. Roger gave us an estimate very quickly and responded to our questions. He didn't push us to replace things that didn't need to be replaced. Chad and the installation team were very friendly when installing our new unit, and Mike was incredibly helpful when we had a follow up question after the installation team had left. We felt that everything was very transparent - can't recommend HH Hovey enough.
I work with a lot of contractors in my business and Herb and his team are the most honest and reliable of any I have worked with. I’ve had the pleasure of HH Hovey installing systems in several of my properties and performing minor repairs at a fair price done correctly. I’ll continue to use HH Hovey and you should too.

Immediately after another HVAC company in town did a spring service on my 2 HVAC units, one of the units would not cool and kept cutting off while sending a tech problem notice to the thermostat. That company could not find the source of the issue. I called HH Hovey and asked that they send a highly experienced tech rep. They showed up on time, and quickly found the source of the problem which was caused by the other company's tech rep mistake. They then ran a complete diagnostic on the HVAC until they were satisfied that there had been no permanent damage to the compressor. They then thoroughly cleaned the unit and it's now working perfectly. One company will never get my HVAC business while HH Hovey will be the only one I'll call.
Very trust worthy
We have used HH Hovey for HVAC in our prior house and called again when we bought a new home we are renovating. Chris has been here 2 times recently and was prompt friendly knowledgeable about diagnosing problems and making thoughtful reasonable recommendations to solve the issues.Highly recommend. I had HH Hovey come to my home to inspect and repair my HVAC system. Mike was on time, extremely professional, and went above and beyond to make sure that my system was working to its fullest capabilities before leaving. I have had a few different companies assist me with my HVAC needs in the past, but now that I have worked with HH Hovey I will not have any other company come back. I highly recommend HH Hovey to anyone who is looking for quality service and knowledgeable technicians. This was by far the best experience I have ever had regarding HVAC service!

We came home after a weekend trip picking up our grandkids for a two week babysitting stay. We got home around 7 pm on Sunday and our A/C was down. We called five HVAC companies that advertised 24/7 hour emergency service. HH Hovey was the only one that called us back. Herb, the owner, called and said that he could come out the same night or Monday morning, which would be a less cost. Chris, the technician, came out even earlier than the time given and repaired the unit. Chris took the time to explain the different possibilities that could cause the problem. Within minutes, he found a bad capacitor. Herb and Chris were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I will definitely use HH Hovey again and probably will start using them for our HVAC maintenance needs.

Without a doubt I'd use HHHovey again. My time is valuable and this company is not only responsive, they are also on-time. Their service technicians are very knowledgeable. I had the pleasure of meeting Chris today and not only did he resolve my issue, he also provided me a lot of technical tips that will help me with my maintenance in the future. You can't go wrong with this company!
These guys are great! It was easy to schedule an appointment, they came out in a day or two and fixed my AC unit. Chris got me signed up for the scheduled maintenance plan and set up another appointment for that so that the weather would get me the most accurate results for my money. He explained everything in an easy to understand way. Chris is awesome! Angela in the office helped me schedule everything and is very cheerful and helpful every time I call. I'm sticking with these guys for a long time!
Chris did a great job of installing new thermostat. He was on time and handled the task at hand. Been with HHH for about 6 years...no worries.
My heat stopped working during a cold streak this winter and needed a breaker that mounted on my air handler, but I couldn't find the type I needed at the local hardware stores, so I called Chris Del Real and Mike for help, they not only had the right breaker, but brought it to me, and only charged me for the breaker! Fast service, reliable staff and saved us lots of money!
Our 30 year old thermostat was on the fritz and they installed a new one within less than 15 mins. They called before coming over and arrived on time, wearing a mask. So pleased with their service, would definitely recommend!
