Junior is very efficient and knowledgeable and a very nice person. Based on Junior's service I wanted to g8ve Chappell Heating and Air the opportunity to install 6 new HVAC system in 6 different apartments we own in Greensboro but they never return my call. Very disappointed with their customer service and hence I had to give them 3 star out of 5.

Highly recommend! Removed a 22-yr old 2nd level indoor coil and condenser and installed a Ruud 2 ton 14 SEER A/C and matching indoor coil. Keith was very professional and advised exactly what needed to be done. Great workmanship on the install by Junior and Marco!
