They're great, my heating system went out just before a big freeze and they were there that afternoon and fixed it!
AC went out completely. Called at 6pm the night before and left my name and number as instructed. Per the message someone called within minutes and she set up a tech to come by the next day between 11am and 1pm. The tech was fast and efficient diagnosing the issue. Replaced the part with one he had in the van and had us up and running within an hour of arrival. Very professional and informative. Would recommend and will use again for any future HVAC needs.
Our air conditioning went out on a Friday night and as a family had to sleep downstairs. Called them at 730 on Saturday and a technician was out at 930! Fixed by 10! Amazing!
This was our second time using Brady flanary heating and air. We had a leak from our indoor unit and they got it fixed super quick! I am very happy with the service we have received from this company and will continue to use them!
Called Brady Flanary for the first time this past Saturday. Bradley came out a short time later, diagnosed the problem quickly and had the system up and running in no time. Not only will I use BF in the future, I will request Bradley every time, he really seems to know his business.
Everyone at Brady Flanary were great from the initial quote to system install. The work was done right, the team was on time and installation was done quickly. Our new Trane system has been both a cost and life saver! Great company I would definitely recommend.

Austin came last week to do our Summer AC check up. He was on time, polite and professional. He followed COVID-19 protocol as outlined by CDC and the company, which pleased us very much. Because we have a contract, we incurred no additional costs. I highly recommend to others to consider getting a maintenance contract, as it is offered at a fair price. Brady-Flanary offers excellent, high quality service at fair prices. The company has maintained our system for years. We purchased a new system through them several years ago. Great company! We have used Brady Flanary heating and air for nearly 20 years. They are always professional, pleasant to work with. And they do a good job. But we were on there spring and fall maintenance program. And I believe we benefited from that program.
This company is wonderful. I have used other places in the area based upon google reviews and they were so pushy with up selling that I wasn't sure what I really needed. The guy who came from Brady Flanary was amazing- super polite, efficient, and honest. He was also able to come out right away. I have now called them twice and had a great experience both times (same person!). I will definitely be using them again. Do yourself a favor and call them first!
Have used them for several years and I'm always satisfied when they leave. I know there are companies out there who will take advantage because most people know nothing about heating and air but you don't need to to worry about this company doing that. I would recommend them to anyone. They are the best!
I no longer live at my old address and my new home is still under the warranty. When I did use Brady-Flanary I ALWAYS had a good experience and got excellent service.
