I’ve used Bain as my oil delivery service for many years. I needed some troubleshooting on my Trane heat/ a/c unit. They fixed the blown fuse and before the technician left he expressed his concern on the way the fan was blowing. He said it should not be running that slow. He checked it out, and turns out the condenser unit was in need of replacing. He installed a new one, and now it’s running good as new. I appreciate the technician being meticulous in his service and fixing the condenser unit before it completely went out! The technician was very thorough and explained everything! Top notch customer service! Same day service as well! I called around 11:30 in the morning and service was complete by 1:45. I will continue to use Bain again and again and I highly recommend!

First time homeowners and we have an old oil furnace for our heating system. Called Bain to get a price check on how much it would cost to fill up our tank for the remainder of the winter months. Told the representative Mike to give it to me straight - how much do I 'actually' need. He didn't beat around the bush, and answered me honestly (which was lower than I had initially told him) based on my conversations with other oil companies that had a minimum of 250 gal to fill our tank. He then went through the whole process of what to expect, encouraged me to ask the fuel driver questions, etc. so that if I could do something on my own, that I would feel confident to do so. Genuinely appreciated all of his honest feedback and straightforwardness - as a salesman too - and to not price gouge me for unnecessary fixes or upgrades to what I needed. All that to say, first time working with this company, and they already have earned my business no question moving forward. 5 out of 5 stars, and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone. Thank you again Mike for your patience and honesty with me on the phone.

I was quoted a different price on the phone vs when they actually came to deliver the oil. I ended up getting less oil than expected. Overall the delivery man was very nice and delivery was speedy
They are nice and good people who do all they can to meet the needs of other I will recommend to anyone if they need oil great job Bain Oil and I don't know the guy they send to my house but he's a wonderful and blessed guy thanks y'all for the help you give us have a wonderful and blessed and safe day
They brought me the heating oil that I needed on the same day without any "call today bring tomorrow" issues.
Called to get oil delivered to needy family with no oil for a weekend of treacherous weather possible- Talked with "Steve". Very uncaring attitude from him when I was trying to explain the need. Couldnt deliver until Tuesday, had to purchase 100 gallons min. and the price per gallon was well over .50 compared to others that I had called. Also, when I mentioned that their price was more than anyone else in Winston Salem, "Steve" told me that I should go purchase from someone else. Not very professional. If I couldve given less than one star, I would have. Wont ever use this place.

I have used Bain oil company in the last two houses that had oil furnace so it was a no brainier to call them when I moved in to this home they have kept my home warm for over 30 years.

Cheaper oil for heat

This was my first experience buying oil and it was simple and fast. I woke up with no heat and I called at 8am and they showed up 2 hours later for a cash payment. They do financing as well, but I didn't go that route.
