We used All About Care Heating & Air to come and take a look at our system after we had a slight leak from the vent in our bathroom. They came much earlier than expected (which was great) and were diligent and thorough with their assessment of our unit. Carefully explained the issues and how we should approach fixing and monitoring our system and I felt confident about our situation after they left.
Excellent service!!! The fan went out on my unit so I called All About Care. They picked up right away and got a service tech out to my house immediately. They showed up and promptly fixed my issue.
I thought I would need to buy a new AC system, but their technicians were able to fix it at an affordable cost. The repair was done quickly and efficiently, and I'm grateful to have my AC running smoothly again.

The Tech was very kind and professional, but their prices are CRAZY I paid $1,000 for a capacitor and 3lbs of antifreeze. They also quoted me 9.4K for a replacement that another company charged 6.2K
My experience has been awful , awful and extremely disappointing for the lack of empathy and lack of response , they do not care that is all I can say . I have my new AC installed with them less than 2 years ago . When they came to my house , Duke energy who had came before explained to me that they would replacing the old electric panel outside my home and that the AC outside unit would need to be located in an area where it does not block the panel . When the technicians came to install the new AC , I gave them that information twice that please Duke told me to put the outside unit in a place where it did not block the place once they came over and replace the lectric panel , the technician told me, yes , do not worry , this would be in the proper place , I trusted them because they are the experts, now , once Duke came and told me the AC is not in the proper place , I called them and they told me they need to pay for it , later they told they would speak to the manager and called me over , they have not called me at all , but previously , I sent them an email twice that they did not even give me a response at all , total disregard of a customer , lack of response , empathy , professionalism and even human decency .

The guy came out and worked on our air conditioning and put a new coil in it. He did a great job. The pricing was reasonable and I would definitely recommend all about care.

We moved to a new house and needed to install an air conditioner. AAC not only did the AC installation, but they give me information on how to keep it running. My AC is still running perfectly!
