Billy is very unprofessional and unreliable,, if your lucky enough to get him to answer the phone he will tell ya he will be out at such in such a time, but he never shows or calls. He will not answer his phone, does not return text or voicemail. Our contractor used him to install our heating and air, and for a new unit we have had nothing but problems, I was informed today by another company problems fixed today was because of poor workmanship. Take my advice stay away from this company, he has no problem leaving you hanging. Scale from 1-10, he is a minus 1
