He takes the time to explain your options instead of forcing you to purchase something that he'd make more money on. He's a professional and honest guy who I've recommended multiple times, and will continue to do so.

Called Matt this morning and he was able to make it out in the same day. Once he got here he was able to isolate the problem with our AC unit and get the capacitor switched out in about 15 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had, which I really appreciated. Will definitely use him in the future and highly recommend.

We woke up to a very hot house in this 95 degree heat we have been experiencing and an AC unit that was not working. We were a few hours from heading out of town for the weekend and called Matt to let him know the situation. He rearranged his schedule and was at our house within 30 minutes. He identified the problem and had it fixed in a very timely manner. We are very appreciative that he tended to this matter to professionally and promptly. Highly recommend Dupree. Thank you!!

After the buyer of our rental property informed us less than a week before closing that she wanted a new AC system put in, Dupree Heating & Air not only made it happen on a time crunch, but did an awesome job installing the new system!
